This was easy to use if you just have a scanner for some necessary documents. Some documents,(PDFs) can be requested from your lender or insurance company. The document for the total loss payment from my insurance company took the longest time to get after it was credited to the account. It all takes time. Accidents are inconvenient, but this plan helps. Get the documents and move on.

While I wasnt actually able to receive any financial assistance in the loss of my vehicle, I was however filled with a ton of UNDERSTANDABLE and informational knowledge not just on how Gap works but also the other area's that effect these decisions.... Bitter Sweet. Thanks again Dan and JM&A Group, give that man a raise

Paula in the claims group was super awesome! My lender would not work with them, and would not give me the information needed for the gap claim to process. Paula stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours to get the information needed from the lender and was very respectful and thorough with alot of compassion. I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend them. If you re looking for gap coverage or anything else they offer look no further you found the best! Excellent customer service by a Customer Service Rep named Jean. Responsive, extremely helpful with my problem and took great care to explain to me what I needed to do. Your warranty service depends a lot on the dealership you bought car from. Courtesy Chrysler of Brandon Florida misrepresented contracts and flat lied about the particulars. The warranty company was extremely helpful.
