I am ex employee of this company. There are nothing for employee, job and salary both are completely depends on client, if any how client reject you to continue your work that means you are terminated on the same day without any notice and you should no get any salary. But if you are a best one and client likes your work, and you want to leave the company, after submit your resignation Mr. Mehta will not receive your call to discuss about the process. Its my experience from the company.

Two persons are there to handle opposite situations, they will show you that they are very innocent and everything is your fault.

Do not join this company if you have any other option.

Nobody really knows this company by this name. It's better to ask what it's called before going.
