This is an excellent clinic. From the moment you enter these beautiful ladies receive you with a smile and a hello to your lips! Needless to say how varied your services! From immigration, ultrasound and x-rays to general medicine and face fillers, you find everything in Jireh. All services are carried out by a very well trained and trained staff. Definitely the official clinic of the Latino community in southern Florida.

It is definitely an excellent clinic! From the moment you enter they receive you with a smile and the girls are super friendly! All staff is very professional. But they provide a complete service. From Ultrasound, X-rays, Laboratories, you can all do them in the same clinic.
Terrible service, they make you wait forever until the people at the desk feel that they can take care of you, also they don't send results of studies (ultrasounds or x rays) to your doctor on time, since my Dr is not in this clinic they make you wait for the results, when you call, your call goes to ON HOLD FOREVER... that's why I had to go and get my results personally and they made me paid $1.00 PER PAGE!!! this girl Selene at the reception said I had to pay to get my results even that I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! In a prior visit I made an appointment to see a Gynecologist and this woman Dr came in the room (a blonde woman I think it was Marta Fernandez ) and she said so what do you need? I explained why I was there for, later I found out she is NOT a Gynecologist!!! I don't recommend this place at all....
The doctor here is beyond unprofessional. She was not wearing a mask, she was openly bashing her patients in Spanish and upset that she had to take additional patients. I walked out because of how much her energy sucked.
Excellent service, good organization. Whenever I need my refill I contact the medical assistant Nicolle and she always solves my problem. The truth is no complaint with the good service I am very nice girls.
An hour waiting for me to have a scary pap smear in this place, take me and Dr. Marta Fernandez never saw me

3 weeks ago I attended a medical consultation with my daughter and the doctor ordered that some blood tests be carried out which we took advantage of and the samples were left the same day, they indicated that they would call us when the results are ready and to schedule another appointment with the doctor.
The expected phone call was never received, then tired of waiting, I proceeded to contact the medical center (Jireh Medical Center) and they told me that they were ready and that they had forgotten to call me.
Today, October 24, 2019 I go to the consultation required by me and when personally asking for an explanation of why I did not receive the call they only told me that "they had misplaced my telephone number in their computer system and that they already corrected it" .. ... As simple as that !!!!
Without even an apology for the mistake (involuntary I want to assume) they had made.
What if my daughter had something serious and I was still waiting for the phone call ???
Sun health (my insurance company) should take some corrective action on this particular .. We are talking about the health of people or CUSTOMERS if they prefer to call them that.
Walked out after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, never saw a doctor. Office staff says they take people as they come in so I don t know why they bothered making an appointment for 1:30pm. After waiting 2 hours they say there was still three people ahead of me. Meanwhile, the doctor was in a office on the phone for over half hour without seeing any patients. We all sat there waiting and everyone was annoyed and asking each other why it was taking so long. It s ludicrous to expect people to be ok with sitting in one waiting one room for one hour, only to call them to sit in a hallway for another hour or more! I won t ever go back there, they better not try to charge my insurance for a thing cause I will report them for fraud! Stay away unless you like to waste your time!
I have excellent opinion of this clinic lately I have had to visit it very often and the treatment is very good I feel very grateful all the girls always with a smile I recommend them they are excellent
