Quality-wise very good, but you also pay for said quality

A great place to train with plenty of machines. You have everything you need.

Their facilities are OK. However, they have a horrible customer service! If you send an email, you will get a short reply which is written quickly without actually looking at your issue.

You can subscribe through their website, but you cannot cancel your subscription via website. There are campaigns that exist in the facilities but not in the website.

If you subscribe monthly, they continue to take money from your account even if you unsubscribe. You have to CAREFULLY check your accounts!

During their close due to corona: they took money from my account EVEN THOUGH THE FACILITIES WERE CLOSED.

I do not recommend.

Decent gym, not too expensive. Lots of weights and machines to train with. However ending your contract is a pain and they ask to pay one more extra month when you cancel your subscription.

Good price/quality fitness center in the center of Leuven. Personnel is very friendly. Everything is kept clean and functional. Some of the machines have a TV installed, so you don't have to choose between watching your favourite show and staying fit!

It's a really cool gym that has a lot of stuff that you can't find in basicfit

Really high ceilings that make you feel comfortable (especially for someone who had mild claustrophobia). All equipment is well maintained, even on a busy day there are some equipments available. Friendly and respectful staff

Friendly staff, different tariffs, machines always in order... Plus most people who come here are focused and 'professional' so you're never bothered by anyone.
