Great place, super nice private atmosphere. I have been coming here every now and then and they have never failed to please me and my girlfriend. They were able to give us a last minute indoor table today, which we really appreciate. Food is awesome, highly recommend

On a recent trip to NYC I wanted to take my sister and kids for Korean BBQ, and I found The Woo via Open Table. We were very pleased with the experience - it was clean and sleek. The staff was very helpful with the menu, and we appreciated the Prixe Fixe lunch option to keep the cost under control. Great place for families, groups, dates. As my 11 year old daughter said, "It was yummy!"

Went here with a friend on a whim, the place was gorgeous and very clean. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price and the experience was wonderful.

Too expensive with low quality food. Green tea has no taste and cold, we change it twice. Most of their famous dishes were not there. The meat (which is the best there as they said) was very hard, non-chewable, not marinated or herbed at all, doesn t come with vegetables like any Korean cuisine, we couldn t even add vegetables too. It just come with kimchi and 3 pieces of broccoli. Glass noodles was well cooked but the dish it self was poor in taste and a bit too sweet (American style), the 1 stars for it. The buns were fair, not good at all and not bad too.

I have been to the Woo about 4 times now. I like Korean BBQ and food-wise The Woo is decent. However, it has been twice now that my reservation has been cancelled by them. While I rarely give restaurant reviews online, this second time has forced me to call this out. This second time was yesterday (Feb 14th) on valentines day. I had a 9.30 reservation (under Sam). After a 1 hour drive and a 45 minute wait outside the restaurant they call me to tell me they can no longer honor my reservation. I tried to get them to accommodate us but they wouldn't budge. I understand they may be limited with seating but given the restaurant curfew in NYC, no other restaurant would let us dine in at that time and we had to manage with Pizza slice for our first valentine. Pizza was good, but didn't really win me any points with my fiance
