Great staff, quality work and they are certified in collision repair unlike many shops that just have whoever repairing vehicles.

They do a great job and very friendly. Goes the extra steps to make happy customers.

I had a recall on one of the parts and visited them at least 3 times. Every time they would say they were ordering parts and never heard back. NOw when I called back after a few months they say the recall expired and need to call Toyota customer service, on top of it , I was asked why I didn't call back. Very poor customer service.

They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. And I was quite impressed

Picked up the Toyota Highlander today and the paint match looks good. The suv was rear ended and they did a good job fixing it. They even detailed the whole suv exterior.

A while back, could not get anybody to answer their phone regarding work previously done by another body shop. Consequently, would never consider using this body shop for anything.
