I had a WONDERFUL 90-minute facial by Leticia. We also had great conversation, but I initiated; and I am certain if someone prefers a silent experience (even dozing off), that would be provided as well. I wish I lived closer to Murphys so I could go more often. I would recommend without hesitation!! <3
Received an amazing remedy massage. I was a little sore after but next day I felt like a million dollars. They do have lighter massages for the more relaxing sensation but boy did my massage feel great. They book up fast so plan ahead if you are going to be in the area.

I have been using Jillian Day Spa for over 20 years. I am a family member (not really) but have been treated that way since I first walked into the facility. Took my Grand daughter and her friend to get their ears pierced. Jillian was great and helped the one very nervous grand to relax. Love Jillian's. All of the staff are very professional and fun.
I had the most amazing and relaxing facial with Leticia. She was very communicative as to what she was using and what certain areas of my skin were in need of. It was so relaxing. And while she spoke about their skin care line and what might work for me she wasn t pushy like some I ve had before. Totally would recommend her 1,000%
I have been going to Jillian's for almost four years - from the second you walk in to the second you walk out, it's an amazing experience as well as a very relaxing environment. Jill makes me feel beautiful, even when I don't really feel beautiful. She does an outstanding job.
The service is phenomenal. My estitician is wonderful and really cares about my skin. She makes specific recommendations which are appreciated. She makes me feel that I have known her for years although I only moved here a year ago! My stylist is also a joy to be around, she listens and makes recommendations according to my specific hair. I appreciate this staff so much.

Her standards are above all other salons.
She has her new stylist train with her a long time before they are allowed to work with clients on their own. Everyone is happy there. It s like a family.
