Such nonsense is happening here at Phumulani Gardens Newtown. As a tenant since April it has not been a happy stay. The caretaker, who happens to be a woman, is very rude. It is the second time they switch off the electricity because they claim we have not yet paid rent whilst we always pay on time. Some of our appliances are not working because of that.

I got very good help from the staff there. They're kind and lovely, especially Lebo.

Experienceing bad savice recently I have been staying in Stanhope since 2006 but now this year we started to to pay unreasonable fees for water how can 3 people in the unit use water for 1200 please something need to be done about this
