David was FANTASTIC! I am a first time home owner and knew nothing so he walked me through and explained/answered all (soooo many) my questions. He was great about being available anytime I needed him and I work overnights so I there were some weird times. He was so accommodating and helpful and he made the experience go very smoothly. He was very kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. All in all JFQ and David are WONDERFUL!
First off, I would like to say for someone who had a very unusual situation, my loan officer Hunter Lanchbury was 100% through and through with this entire process. Im not even sure I would have even qualified if it wasn t for Hunter making sure he did everything he could with underwriting. I m a first time home buyer and I bought a house from a friend so I did not have a realtor to deal with my lender for me and Hunter was there every step of the way I know I must have driven him crazy with how many questions I had. We did the entire process within 30 days and I was very impressed with the rates. My title person said she s been in the field for 30 years and hasn t seen a lender credit as high as the one JFQ was able to give me. I plan on making this a rental home and coming back to hunter in the next two years for my next home! I highly recommend anyone to give them a shot. Thanks so much for making my dreams attainable!
Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. He always answered questions super quick and was right there through the entire process. He worked with us to lower our rate from an already low rate to an even lower one. He is trying to get us from an FHA loan to a conventional loan. Would definitely recommend.
Have bought 4 homes in my life time. This by far was the smoothest, easiest process I have ever gone through.
