I started going to JFCS seven years ago for counseling and it was the best decision I ever made. The therapists saw that I was living in a bad situation and when things fell apart they helped me get on my feet. The best part is they saw that I needed help and helped me despite the fact that I'm not Jewish and respected my right to worship where I wanted. :)

I am so lucky!!! I am receiving the best psychotherapy I ever have in 20 years. She is so amazing. I feel like she really understands me. She validates my feelings which helps me feel ok about myself and my mental illness. She also knows exactly what I need at each visit to helping me with directions to providing me with great resources to better me.
