Extremely knowlegble team in Highcross Leicester. Jim went out of his way to help and explain the different types of cameras to us after he asked us for our expectations and what we are looking to gain from buying a new Camera. Can only recommend as they really do know what they are talking about.

Can't thank the Leicester Team enough for their help and patience with me and my camera. Jim Steel and Kyo in particular solved a couple of really difficult problems with the menu system that had bugged me for ages. As it happens, my camera was originally bought from Jessops but they would have sorted it regardless. A really professional service. I've recently purchased a camera from jessops online and spot on, came in store for a tripod and a young redhead girl assisted me and couldn't of been any more helpful in getting the best one at the best price! Next time I need anything for my camera that's the only place I'll go!
I would like the public to know that the service I received by the staff including Jay and the manager Jim was absolutely excellent. I had over 4,000 images put on to DVD'S. At first my DVD player could not cope with folders and without any fuss they processed them again doing individual images. Thank you again. Excellent service.

Leicester had an abundance of camera shops many years ago. e.g. Midland Camera's, Jacobs, Youngs and of course Jessops that started in Leicester. Now we just have Jessops in the Highcross. In the last 2 years I have purchased 3 lenses from them and have been looked after very well. Jim the store manager is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves all there is about photography. If you need photography equipment and advice then you will be well served here.
THE best store ever - on par with Apple! Super helfpful staff and very comprehensive service. Had so many issues with my camera and problems with the manufacturer. Jessops store manager, Jim, provided first class service in resolving all the issues, replacing and then refunding my camera. Over and above normal levels of service. Outstanding and definitely the best place to buy any photography equipment because of the brilliant staff and service. Thank you!

I first went into Jessops, Leicester to attend an introductory photography course. I was unsure what to expect but it was a great experience - Our trainer Jay was knowledgable, attentive and the class was engaging with a healthy balance of theory and practical. I ve since returned on a few occasions to purchase extra bits and bobs and always find the store welcoming and the staff helpful. Most recently I got a metal print done there by Ellie and it looks superb.
