Job was done improperly & the insulation was falling down. We are still getting water in the Crawlspace on top of encapsulated plastic now I’m told everything that was done will not prevent water from coming in the crawl space ...... THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DID THE JOB !!! Then he gives me an estimate of $8000 to fix this
I believe this company is a scam. be careful. They are forcing us to file a lawsuit against them.. but my feeling is I am not the only one this has happened to.

Everyone was friendly and nice to speak with. They did high quality work at my home. Happy to use them for my crawlspace needs.

This company immediately came out in the middle of the pandemic to provide the service I needed. The job was promptly scheduled. There was a little set back, however it was resolved. John was the person I dealt with. He answered every single text, returned every phone call promptly. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and very diligent. John forwarded me pictures, as I am out of state. A week after the job was completed John came out for a final inspection. He said they would be out a few more times in the months to come to make sure everything was working as it should be. They installed a sump pump and partial french drain. And the price was right. They do offer financing if needed. Thanks John!

Couldn t be happier. Took two crews over a day and a half to finish full encapsulation, pipe insulation, dehumidifier, well and entrance door builds. The work is impeccable. Price was really competitive, the dehumidifier was the most expensive part and they gave it to me basically at cost. Highly recommend the procedure and the company, couldn t believe the difference when I crawled down there in my socks. Almost tried this project myself, really glad I didn t. Thanks guys!

My house:
1948 beach bungalow in Chadwick Beach, Lavallette. Crawl space is pitched so the height ranges from about 36 in down to 14 in or so. Cinderblock directly on dirt. No insulation whatsoever previously. Team removed a ton of debris. There were more than a few head bangs I heard down there but these guys got it done no questions.

We hired Jersey Shore Crawl Space approx. 5 years ago to take care of our wet, mouldy crawl space - we were smelling foul odors and were very concerned for our health. The estimator came to our home and did a complete evaluation then he showed us pictures of the space and gave us a very detailed plan and estimate to resolve our problems forever. A team of 3 installers came to our home on the agreed upon date, they removed all of the insulation in the crawl space, cleaned and coated all the floor joists, installed new insulation, then they installed a heavy duty vapor barrier in the entire crawl space which also went up the walls. The vapor barrier was taped together with heavy duty tape. They then installed a commercial dehumidifier with drainage to the outside. They did an outstanding job!! Far exceeding our expectations! Jersey Crawl Space sends an inspector to our home every 6 months to inspect the crawl space to ensure all is well. We have not any any problems since the install. Also we have been able to use the crawl space for storage now that it is 100% waterproof! This is an outstanding company with people that standby their product! I highly recommend them!

Jersey Shore Crawlspace has a A+ from me. Always professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to keep u satisfied with their service. In March they completely redid the crawlspace to keep moisture out and put in a dehumidifier. They have come 3 times to check that everything is satisfactory and take pictures and send it to your phone.

We contacted this company asking to come out to our property to evaluate our crawl space for moisture issues and to get a quote for a fix. The response we received was for Us to take pictures and send them. How does a company evaluate and make recommendations on pictures only???

Jersey Shore Crawlspace was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Work was done expeditiously and in accordance with our agreement.

The work done was very complete and the condition of the crawlspace improved as a result. Photos of before and after were provided to display the job being performed in accordance with the proposal. I would recommend Jersey shore for crawlspace work.

Jersey Shore Crawlspace did an excellent job treating our crawlspace for mold and doing an encapsulation as well. Jon has always been very responsive and quick to schedule the work we needed. We are having a dehumidifier installed to take care of the humidity, needing it as quickly as possible and they were very quick to respond. I highly recommend South Jersey Crawlspace for all your crawlspace needs!

Back in August we purchased a second home. There was an issue with water in the crawlspace. Since we were receiving a credit from the seller we decided to use a professional crawl space company. We didn't nickel and dime them we said what ever it will take to resolve the water issue so the crawlspace remains dry. Ian came and gave us an estimate of $6500 . We agreed and the work was complete. last week it rained and the space was again flooded. Here is where things get strange. I called they sent another inspector who basically said and put in writing with pictures how the Job was done improperly insulation was falling down and the drain pipes weren't long enough . How they should have had us install another outlet as opposed to them plugging in 6 things into one plug on extension cord. How everything that was done will not prevent water from coming in the crawl space ...... THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DID THE JOB !!! Then he gives me an estimate of $8000-$13,000 to fix the problem. Really ?? Still waiting for the "manager" Tom to call. I believe this company is a scam. be careful. They are forcing us to file a lawsuit against them.. but my feeling is I am not the only one this has happened to.

We hired this company to remediate our mold issues.
Please do yourself a favor and don t use them . One tech came to our house with a broken orchard sprayer. When the independent inspector came his results showed an actual increase in mold in our attic. This happened twice. We ve asked for a refund and have heard nothing. I am very disappointed in this company and say turn the page , don t waste your money like we did.

This summer we used jersey shore crawlspace to do insulation and a vapor barrier. The inspector and the service department were responsive and courteous, and got the work done promptly. We would definitely use them again.

I have been using Jersey Shore Crawl Space for over 3 years. They are extremely professional and reliable. All different types of jobs were done at my home. They were completed to my satisfaction. From insulting pipes, to putting in a dehumidifier, to putting in new insulation, they started and completed all work, when they said they would. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch firm to go where few others want to go.

Outstanding customer service. Finally a company that truly cares. From the consultation to the installation, their communication and follow up excellent. The job was completed as promised. Communication was excellent and I'm highly impressed that they are scheduling someone to come out to inspect several months from now to ensure the work holds up. Wow!! OMG!!!! I just received the finished photos of my crawlspace after they completed it and I cannot believe the difference! It went from a trash filled falling down insulation, dirty nasty space. To a clean and well sealed space!
I enjoyed working with this company so much. Every one of their workers were so polite and respectful. They let me know that they arrived and when they left for the day.
The man they sent out to do the estimate, Thom, was wonderful to deal with he went under the house and took pictures and came up and talked to me. Told me that someone would call as soon as they had an estimate written up.
The owner called the next day with the estimate of what they would do and how much it would cost. He explained everything that they felt I needed and even got a company that they work with to finance the work. I told them that I would think about and get back to them.
I called the very next day after talking to a few people and reading the reviews. I added a couple of things but otherwise went with everything they told me I need to do. He told me that someone would call to schedule the job.
The next day I got a call from his office and they set a date for the work. They showed up when it was planned and finished the next day. I am so thrilled with their work!

I hired them to perform mold remediation work in my crawlspace. After they completed the work I brought in an independent mold expert who reviewed the work and performed air quality testing. The expert stated that very little work had been performed and not nearly enough to remediate a mold problem. The air quality testing supported that claim as the mold spore count in my crawlspace was 30 times higher than the outside air. As I become more educated on mold I realized they do not know about mold remediation. They did not attempt to clean the air or ground of mold spores despite the fact that I informed them all members of family are allergic to mold. After corresponding with the company about my problem several times they have stopped responding. DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED. And when you are not they will just ignore you.

Made an appointment with me and did not show up. Did not call to cancel, explain or apologize. When I called to find out what happened I got every excuse but never once an apology. I would never do business with them. By the way they tried to charge me $400.00 to $600.00 for a $200.00 job. I am so glad that I found someone that was honest. I was disappointed because the gentleman I spoke to was extremely pleasant.

We have been using Jersey Shore Crawl Space for a couple years now. We had some issues with moisture that we just weren't used to and they were able to lead us in the right direction as well as provide services to alleviate the moisture issues. We have a small remodeling/maintenance business and we have also used Jersey Shore formally of our customers as well. These guys are great. They are always on time, friendly and explain everything. You also receive a detailed report along with pictures. They are our #1 go to for ALL of our moisture issues at the shore.
