This place is great. It is so nice to find a real art store. It has lots of selection too. Definitely worth the visit.

The go to place for artist supplies! Knowledgable staff and good prices. They have everything you could ever need!

The manager and cashier are very rude unbelievably. They blamed on customers even though the cashier woman's mistake. The store needs new management. Horrible experience.

for my large project. I don't like shopping online for art supplies because I need to browse, test brushes and be inspired by materials as I walk through the isles. I am a professional artist and need a neighborhood store that will work with me.

Awesome full service art store in the Norwalk area right off the Merritt. Great too have it in town and lots of specials especially paper!

This is store has a good selection of art supplies (thus the 2 stars) and I was happy to find it, but had such an unpleasant experience there that I'll never return. Right when I entered the store, I felt unwelcome by the staff for their closed faces. When I collected all I needed and went to the cashier to pay, I asked about becoming a member to get discounts for future purchases. The woman helping me had this sluggish countenance and told me that I had to write my details on a blank sheet of paper first. I thought she would transfer this information into their computer database, but instead, she tossed it into a box on the floor full of other pieces of paper containing other customers' information! I was shocked by their "system" to collect data. I felt this was a breach of my privacy rights and a lack of respect for their customers. I asked then to have the paper with my information back and they refused to return it to me! I found that I was repeating myself because I was simply being ignored. Finally, after I insisted to have my information back, they gave me the piece of paper back because they saw I wouldn't budge. Unbelievable! I'll never, ever return to Jerry's Artarama again. There are other stores out there that treat their customers with respect.

Jerry's is the best! Friendly staff who is extremely knowledgeable and kind to work with! And Joanna has helped me so much! My only art store in CT!

47 minutes to TALK to someone in framing. Not impressed.

I've been purchasing art supplies here for over 10 years. This location is very organized, staff is friendly, and everything is good quality.

Insane amount of art supplies available, but the aisles are organized in a confusing manner and it's easy to get lost. It is also not handicap accessible.

A special place. Lots of things to get and wonder how you can use them in your artwork.

The prices actually got a lot better! The store has a wide verity of supplies. I question why the employees are grumpy all the time?

I have been going to Jerry's for several years and have always found what I needed. The store personnel are always helpful and seem to know where everything is. Plus, their prices are some of the lowest around - - especially their sales. Don't forget to join their Buyers Club - - it save's you 10% off anything you purchase.

Was looking for a reasonable frame shop to redo 10-12 pictures, some very large. The staff at Jerry's was very professional and did a beautiful job. We were very impressed with the quality of the framing as well as the advice they gave us regarding frames for our eclectic collection. Would not hesitate to use them again as well as to recommend them to friends.

Best place in Fairfield County for art supplies. This is where you'll wind up when you (or your children) outgrow Michael's. Don't be put off by the warehouse-like layout. It's part of their charm. Everyone is very helpful. You'll come to love shopping here.

Really great, the workers are super helpful they have top of the line art supplies and, if you need to bring your kids they also have a kids section!

I will leave the below post to show just how a good business should be run. After everything that hapowned i called the jerrys customer support. The woman i spoke with was for the online, but she found who i needed to talk to and got me connected to him. He was wonderfully helpful. Listened then took my number and told me either he or the store manager would call me back. A half hour later the store manager called me back and asked if i could please meet him back at the store in 10 min. He appologized and too care of the exchange personally. Excellent manager, only 2 months into the job. The cashier was friendly even though at the end of of my first visit I wasn't exactly nice and she still said, please have a nice day. I would love to give a shout out with everyone's names, but i can't remember any of the names. THANK YOU for bringing back a little confidence in corperate customer support and also management

I bought a p.cezanne 72 pencil set in hartford even though i wanted the 120 set. the people there were so friendly and helpful. when i got back down to the norwalk area my husband said take it back and get the one i want since there is a store here. they refused to exchange it with the excuse that they are a corporate store and i bought it from a franchise store. its not like I wanted to return it for cash back, i simply wanted the larger more expensive set. customer beware Jerry's artarama only treats you fairly if you are a patron of their corporate owned stores! oh and there is no way to know which is which unless you think to ask! from now on ill certainly ask and if its a corporate store let them know, no thank you corperate screws over the customers and the people who pay for the franchise!

Great store. Good selection. Excellent helpful staff and management. Just today a nice young tall dude helped me find the canvases I needed and even helped me carry them to the car. I'll definitely make it my standby place for art supplies.
