Wow what a great company my ac went out on a very hot day they were out early and did a thorough inspection. My 27 year old system was finally shot. He tried his best to get it going even offered me portable units to keep us cool. Even though we had bad news this is the company I will trust to install my new unit
Technician Graham came over to do a air conditioner tune-up and inspection. Overall, he did an excellent job. He also did a great job answering questions and explaining things in a way someone with no HVAC knowledge could understand.

Have previously used them for heating repair in March. Called Monday, 5/24/21 at 8:30 am to schedule an appt for my AC not working. Was told put on list as 1st call 1st serviced & would be Wednesday or Thursday. On Wednesday they contacted me to let me know that since I did not purchase my units from them; they service those who purchased from them 1st, they could not tell me if or when they would show to fix my AC. Had they told me that when I first called, I would have made other arrangements. This is completely unprofessional & cruel to lie & leave people in this heat knowing they will not service them. This also leaves them liable to those who get sick or die waiting for them to not appear as originally noted when the appointment was scheduled. I didn't expect this from a company with such high rating. Let's see if they remove this review to keep those ratings.
The installers Alex and Nick we're above and beyond! They get a 10 plus on each bullet point. On-time fast super friendly cleaned up everything. I can't compliment them enough I'm very satisfied customer. The repair technician that came the day before was as wonderful as these two installers very happy with Jerry Kelly
Scott and his team were on time, professional in every manner and the quality of their work was outstanding! My wife and I were concerned about having to replace all of our equipment but the Jerry Kelly team made it a smooth process. Jerry Ayyad arrived today to perform the annual maintenance on our A/C system. He was very professional and courteous. He replaced a water drain hose that had developed mildew inside with a new hose and added a system to keep it cleaner. He also added a device to prolong the life of our A/C compressor, and he installed a new air filter on our HVAC system. He exchanged our old thermostat covered by a lifetime warranty with a new thermostat. He was very conscientious about his work and is a valuable employee for Jerry Kelly to have.
