I recently had a rather frustrating experience with this moving service. The team arrived late, which put a dent in my carefully planned schedule. 🕒 While the staff was polite, there seemed to be a lack of organization that resulted in some items being misplaced. 📦 Additionally, a few of my belongings arrived with noticeable damage, which was disappointing considering I had packed them securely.

Communication could definitely use some improvement, as I felt left in the dark at times regarding timelines and updates. 😕 Overall, I expected a more seamless experience, especially when it comes to something as significant as moving. I had better experiences in the past.
