Purchased from their online store and was decently surprised, my package was packaged well, came clearly and cleanly hand wrapped in tissue paper, and along with a little hand written thank you. Will happily buy from here again the next time I need something.

A phenomenal shop that I ve been ordering from for years. I can t say enough good things about the quality of their journals and other products. Their customer service is exceptional. Shipping is crazy fast! If you get a chance to pop into their physical shop, it is ridiculously charming. Can t wait till the chance we get to visit DC again and make a shopping trip!
Lots of lots of Variety of book of different kind. Super collection for pens and leather journals as well as covers. I found compoco journals here didn't expected it though but I am glad. Staff is super friendly and helpful in choosing the right product for your choice.
Great selection of papers, higher end fountain and roller ball pens, and a great selection of journals! Staff is super friendly. In the age a COVID they provide hand sanitizer, masks, and even gloves for customers use. Great store for stationary, and highly recommended.

Awesome place with excellent staff! I was looking at the travelers notebook series or a different Midori product and was having trouble making up my mind. They left me alone for an hour wondering around the shop trying to figure out what I wanted and occasionally making sure I was still good and didn t need any more help. I look forward to going back on my next trip to DC and will be sure to tell my friends to go here should they be the type who might be interested. The website doesn t do the selection justice so if you don t see something you are interested in online, but will be in the area, you should still go in and check it out!

I can buy the same things on Amazon without the attitude. I ve shopped here twice and spent over $100 each time yet each time I m treated with the stankest attitude and I don t know why. Customer service is lacking.
