Elin is super professional and not least a competent therapist. I have made upper eyelid plaster with a great result. Will recommend the clinic every time :)

Incredibly angry and dismissive on the phone. Very condescending and interrupting before one can explain oneself.
Didn't manage to get a time, so maybe the ophthalmologist is ok

I have never been treated so badly. I felt in no way treated as a patient, but as someone in the ranks that just had to be over. No explanations for my continuing vision problem, and no solution. Only found out that I am long-sighted, which I have always known. There was no human feeling with me as a patient. Really arrogant radiance.

Do you not only have vision problems but also have hearing loss. Then it is not a recommendable place. The doctor would not speak loud and clear to the patient because it was too demanding. So included had to retell what the doctor said in her consultation room where the doctor was sitting. It seemed distancing and unprofessional.

Super treatment, got urgent time, and was passed on for treatment at Rigshospitalet's eye clinic the same day, for treatment for retinal detachment. Am perfectly safe at this clinic.

I can clearly recommend Eye Clinic Fredensvej! I quickly and easily got a time that fit well into my schedule. The atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant, the secretaries are nice and skilled, and the ophthalmologist is professional and friendly. Overall a really good visit!

My 77-year-old father has lost his sight in his left eye and now has to undergo surgery and possibly more.

This doctor refused to treat my father while he was in the clinic and had suddenly impaired vision.
If she had looked into his eye then she would have seen the problem and sent him urgently to the hospital and they would have given a quick treatment.

We'll be complaining about this clinic.
I do not recommend the use of this doctor.
Very rude and arrogant.

Elin did an amazing job. The whole treatment was mega good and could not be happier and happier with the result. In addition, the staff was welcoming and smiling towards everyone and Elin was good at informing about what would happen in the future. Would definitely recommend this clinic. From here 10 stars. Never met such a arrogant doctor as here. Meets 10 minutes before the agreed time. Announces my arrival at the secretary. 2o minutes later Elin looks out into the waiting room and asks if I am the only one, I answer yes. Then she leaves again and shortly after the secretary leaves. I can now hear them finding cutlery and plates. Since I have been sitting and waiting for another half hour I go but leave a handwritten message that I have to go back to work and they are welcome to call back. I've never heard from them. EDIT: Your answer is not correct and even if we assume it was, why did the secretary say nothing when I arrived? Why was no one saying a word before you chose to go to lunch? If your customers come to an appointment an hour early, then just let them sit and wait? It's a far out answer to come up with, a bad excuse for your arrogance.
