It was a beautiful day. Typical busy summer Sunday on the board walk.
I really loved but they didn't have that many rides for older kids.
Love Pt.Pleasant boardwalk/ Jenkinsons Pavilion! We walked on the boardwalk. A few shops, arcades, food stands were open but most things closed. It was on a weekday. Even so, we enjoyed walking, had some delicious fish & chips @ Chippys on the boardwalk. A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
Fun time specially Friday s unlimited rides for $22 only thing is parking meters run 24/7
Good family fun. Places to eat. Cocktails. Always music around during the summer
Would not go here again because of the racist attitude of some of their employees.
We visited Jenkinson's Pier on the Fourth of July. We do not get to the shore very often, but we do like to go to Jenkinson's Pier for this holiday. We find it clean and quiet and a nice place to visit. The food is good and not terribly overpriced. We will definitely visit here again.
It was fun and they have very good food i love it so much
All you can do is walk the boardwalk. You can't step foot in the sand without paying $9.
Jenkinson's Boardwalk is a great place to take a day trip to. It is especially good to go if you have a family. The children love coming here. They may not enjoy the drive here. However once they arrive, their faces light up. My kids like playing the arcade games, the dart games for prizes, the rides, the beach and the food.
I love Jenks for the nostalgic memories and the ocean, not the board walk craze. If you do walk the board for anything make it a Twist cone from Khorrs or Curly Fries!
Nice boardwalk and amusements, but I don't believe beaches should have fees or rediculous price gougers for parking "$40 sat night". Beaches should be subsidized by our tax dollars and parking fees should be regulated. Would love to see a paid beach boycott. Less fortunate people should not be deprived from any public beach. You can't even get on after lifeguards leave.
Jenkinsons amusement park is worst experience ever had .. we had bought a card recharged for $ 10 .. But in the credit statement they charged for another transaction with $ 25 which we never made .. when checked regarding same no response at all ..
Beware of using credit cards here and double check your transaction statement
Great place for families, favorite boardwalk on the shore!
The aquarium is a beautiful place to see different species gathered in one place is wonderful and the meals-games the attraction is spectacular.
Always a fun time, went to the aquarium. Played games. Great time
The cops harassed me. And wouldn't mind their own business.
I would not recommend this boardwalk. Personally, I have worked here in the past and the service is disgusting. I worked doing birthday parties for many years and I m going to tell you the little secrets behind birthday parties, it is absolutely horrible what they do. There are ants in the soda machines and you re supposed to let the soda run for a second so it gets all the ants out but no one does that. Instead, they fill the birthday party pitchers and if there are ants in them they will still serve the soda. Since Pepsi is a dark colored drink, you can t see the ants. None of the workers care and in fact find it funny when this happens. The most sanitary thing they do there is scoop the ants out with a spoon and then serve the disgusting, watered down drinks. Also, when you have a birthday party there you can either choose to take home free designed cups with matching spoons or a cheap gift bag which includes toys that are crappier than the ones you receive in McDonald s kids meals. You lose choosing either of these choices because they give you USED spoons that they do not wash! They not clean the pitchers, cups or spoons properly with soap or even a sponge. All the workers just rinse them off under water so they appear clean but they are not. The bosses and managers are also corrupted and are very nasty to be around. They make you feel uncomfortable and watch your every move, almost in a threatening, creepy way. The pay there is horrible and I m pretty sure the bosses take more money then they are supposed to. Most of the tips get passed right on to them and while they collect $20 tips they give the workers about $3 each and take advantage of the foreign workers. Also if you want to go on rides, you pay an expensive amount of money for these ride cards that look almost like credit cards. At the ride you hand them the card and they scan it and then let you on. Most of the time you have to wait in a 15 minute long line and then when you get to the top of the line the card doesn t even work. If the card doesn t work you can t get on the rides and the chances are your cards won t work. They never do. And the rides are baby rides, if your child is over the age of 8 years old, they will be bored at the boardwalk. Please do not waste your money here, especially on food or drinks because you will get sick or be drinking bugs. Not worth it 1/5 rating.
Iys always good but today was extra nice since the weather was perfect. Love to be here
This was a great place to bring the family although the parking was pricey, you can park further away and walk to the boardwalk or aquarium, great areas to eat as well
Perfect place clean and nice beach to take relax day.
We had a great time, just fun, rekaxing stroll around other families.
It's a boardwalk! The range of things to do for both kids and adults is decent. The beach front is clean and a great visit. Improvements are currently being made to parking nearby - finally! We're a fan of the candy store and Pirate minigolf!
It was great. Beautiful board walk and beach. Lots of yummy food and treats.
Aquarium is small it is filled. Also they have penguins
It was great, my family and I go every year my kids always have fun, awesome place!
Nice boardwalk. A little slower pace. Which is what we were looking for but maybe could use some more entertainment. Great beach town. Feels safe!
Loved the beach and Board Walk. So much to see and do.
Great for families not too expensive a great day or weekend vacation
Most of not all the shops were open. You needed to wear a mask inside the aquarium and you had to walk on the path. It costs $10 to get on the beach on a week day. $11 for a week end
Clean beach, but pretty expensive. $10/person to get on the beach plus $25 to park the car for a day. Also the bathrooms there are horrible. For the money you pay you would think they could upkeep them a little better.
Nice employees, every where. And get this..I left my bag sitting on the boardwalk, full of all my good stuff..new phone, Top brand big camera, and cash in a pouch and my then 5 year olds Teddy Bear. When I realized I forgot it,when I put it down to take a photo,i said to my son" let's find an officer to direct us to the lost and found.I saw a family at the photo spot, right after us.They must have found it,otherwise it would still be here". We did just that..and..There it was.Safely brought to the Jenkinson's Boardwalk security office Pretty amazing that I had that kind of faith in humanity and that i was right. So- we love this place even more after that and continue to meet safe, kind people and that great these days.
Fun place .. Decent waves..good food .. Good fun.. Nice clean
Don't like the fact that i have to pay to go to the beach , even if i want to pay for , no one can go in it unless you get there before the people that charge for it already left so there is a guard tellingbpeople not to pass beach is close , meanwhile you see a lot of people at the beach cause the pay when the workers were there , the oder thing is they only serve junk food , nothing for vegans or people that have diabetes a least nothing healthy.
Family friendly! The fun house is probably one of the better I've been to. Skip on the funnel cake and other fried treats, tempting but really not that good. Stock up on water off the boardwalk...very pricey!
This is a great place to bring your kids. From the beach,to arcades, and rides it's so much fun. Food is great candy stores and much more! Have a great experience
Spent the day with my sister had a great time except the skill cranes are all rigged
Beautiful views of the ocean as you sit there and enjoy your food and drink. Friendly staff and fresh seafood too.
I love the ocean not the beach and this makes the beach experience so much better
My grandchildren had a blast!
Beautiful beach and boardwalk. Very clean. Nice restaurant choices. One problem is parking. Wish they had a dedicated structure nearby.
Changed so much ! The boardwalk is much nicer and newer . They have a small part for rides (more for little kids) some games and boardwalk food ..Prices are normal (always high)
Jenkins Boardwalk is the perfect place to be. I have been going there for 4 years. I love being there.
Great family fun. The kids can't get enough of the place and the rides. Very clean and the staff are always friendly.
The amusements were fun, the beach accommodation was A1, and I was able to simply relax
Definately on the pricier side if you are looking for a weekend out with the family.
Nice place to spend time with friends or family and perfect place to buy a souvenir or two.
Crowded on a Monday afternoon. They don't have any healthy or organic food on the boardwalk.
Food is great! Games are over priced. To many cranes games. More old fashion arcade games needed. But again food is great and so is the beach.
No parking space to accommodate cars from the huge crowd. Had to drive around for about 1hour before getting a space to park. Aside this, we had great fun to make it up
