Had a great time with the kids. Parking was a nightmare but worth it for the aquarium, boardwalk, beach and overall entertainment - all staff was super friendly and accommodating for 2 solo parents and 4 young kids.

Everything is fine except parking and park hours. Parking is pain here.its difficult to get even if you are ready to pay.we ended up parking on street 10 -15 mins walking distance from beach.you are not allowed to enter after 5.30. and it is not free

It's a relatively small boardwalk, but it's very nice. Much more family friendly than Seaside with lots of good kids rides. The aquarium is always fun and the beach is well taken care of.

On a cloudy, drizzly day, Jenkinson s still gives plenty to do... but it s going to cost you. They sell packages of activities for discounts, which we probably should have looked into. Our kids had a great time playing carnival games and mini golf, and the older one liked the fun house and the ropes course. We bought a minimum package of points so they could ride a few rides each. We didn t make it to the aquarium, but if the weather is really unwelcoming you have that option, too. There are plenty of places to grab food indoors. The beach is relatively clean and well patrolled. Since it wasn t an ideal beach day, we had a great spot for the morning and it never got too crowded for comfort. My younger one built sandcastles and my older one and I played in the surf. Showers and restrooms are basic but easy to find.

Great place for family fun. Rides, aquarium, mini golf and games for all ages. Take advantage of the 2 for 1 ride card sale Easter weekend to buy all you need for the year, it will save you a lot! Food prices are high, you can eat off the boardwalk to save aome money.

The kids and I had fun on the rides. After we ate we went to play some games. The first game booth - the basketball game - I gave the old man a $50 bill. He then goes to the back with my $50. He came out a minute later with a $50 bill and said my money is no good. it's a counterfeit, he said. I said to him - "how do I know you didn't switch my $50 bill with a fake one while you were back there. He started yelling to the other booths and so that others on the boardwalk could hear him: "don't let this guy play, he has a counterfeit $50 bill." He then threatened to call security and have me tossed off the boardwalk. It was quite embarrassing. I left the boardwalk right after as I didn't want any trouble nor unwanted attention. The kids were disappointed.
Now, normally when a cashier checks a bill for authenticity they mark the bill in front of the customer. Why didn't this old man do that in front of me? Why did he have to go to the back room with my cash to verify the bill was authentic? Why did he have to get loud with me and cause a scene? Is he running a scam that no one else is in on? Why did this old man do that? Is this how Jenkinson's want their employees to treat customers? How are employees trained to spot fake currency? My experience at the ticket booths were different - the booth attendant used the special marker to check the $50 bill I gave her and no issues there.
Needless to say I will not take the kids back there again and I won't spend my money at any of the vendors again either.

Fantastic time! Super kid friendly. Lots of games and arcades. I would highly recommend a visit.

I will say, if you want to swim, beware of the big waves. There's a shorebreak so there's rarely any relief. Beautiful beach either way. Just not super kid friendly for swimming.

Never in my life had gone to Point Pleasant Beach although I grew up in NJ. Jenkinson's is everything the worst of the Jersey shore is associated with. Police in Point Pleasant are simply out to write tickets, no matter how in the wrong they may be. $150 for not stopping for pedestrians, $450 for releasing a balloon into the air. Who would know, and who could fight? A town full of nasty with cops simply directed to write tickets. Nothing at all Pleasant about it. Stay away from this tourist trap!

Not the boardwalk but beach. $10 to walk along the shore is a bit much for nature. It's the closest beach to me but probably won't be back. I'll drive farther next time. Really you close the beach at 5:30 and don't open till 9:30? How do you catch a sunrise on the water? Sorry but I'm not in 1st grade and don't need These restrictions. Oh and we went to park and they wanted to charge us
$60.

It is clean but me. The entrance fee of $ 11.00 per person seems very expensive, you can not drink anything, for example, not a single beer and depending on where you are on the beach, the public toilets are extremely far there are only 2 and there is a line of people that makes you waste a lot of time

Good

Loved it! Great beach. Los of food stands. Amusement park great for toddlers and older kids. Fun carnival games. Small aquarium perfect for young kids. All in all a great day and in fact a great couple of days. A mecca of entertainment for kids and adults alike.
