I had a great experience this Nissan location. In the past I have had nothing but bad experiences while buying cars at numerous dealerships. I do want to say that the salesman Emil made this car purchase the easiest and actually the most fun Ive ever had. As he walk up to me he first complemented me on my shirt then asked how I was doing. ( after this I was expecting him to go into salesman mode). He never made me feel pressured and he said "we are a team and he was going to do everything he could to find the perfect car for me". He kept his word and indeed fine me a car that I loved at a price that I was comfortable will. Thank you Emil for everything you did to help me. I 100% recommend working with Emil if you are in the market for a car.
This was the second time to the dealership regarding a specific issue along with the issue I also scheduled regular maintenance. The second time which was this time my overall experience was what I would hope to expect. The service advisor Baylie took the time to listen to my issue with my car and presented a solution.
After attempting to purchase a Nissan near my home without success I decided to try another dealer while visiting family. The sales person (Jean) was courteous and knowledgeable. The negotiations went well especially being that they have not jumped onto the trend to incorporate additional costs under addendums.

I went to this location to Lisa Carr and I would say I had a 5 star experience I came last minute with a lot of things to get done and they stayed 2 hours past closing time just to take care of me. I really do appreciate them I really did get a great deal I look up the value of my vehicle and they could have charged thousands more At the end of the day they were actually on my side trying to get me a vehicle and I did get a vehicle with a payment that I want. I definitely wish that I can give this place 10 stars because I did not get the Service from any other location.
