Having bought two internal doors from B&Q which were supplied by Jeld-wen I can honestly say that their after sales service is shocking. I had an issue with both of the doors and B&Q - who were most helpful - contacted Jeld-wen. After the initial contact it became a case of constantly chasing them for a solution to the issue, despite promised call backs which never materialised. After several weeks the manager at B&Q settled the issue himself, though it was Jeld-wen that should have done so due to their faulty / poor quality products. Would I recommend them? NO!! Because if you have any sort of issue with any of their products you may end up severely out of pocket.

Absolute joke. Ordered 13 simple white 6 panel doors February 2017. 12 of them arrived in March and now it's April and the last has still not arrived. Every single one of those 12 doors had to be touched up as each one has chips on both faces. Never again.

I was trying to source some internal doors and found a design from Jeld Wen that I really liked and roughly the correct size.
I had a couple of queries, but repeated emails and phone messages went unanswered with the exception of one (but the rep failed to provide all the information required).
I did not believe that a company still trading could be as bad as other reviews indicated, but they are and this was before I had even placed an order.
I am now placing an order for a less preferred door but not with Jeld Wen
