This summer I had my 4th holiday in the hotel DIT Majestic Sunny Beach. Everything was great,as usually:
- Food
- Cleaning
- Entertainment
- Shows
All this things made us come back in this location.
For the past two ( 2 ) years , my travel agent made a wrong reservation for my requests . Two years ago I asked her to book me a room on the 7th or 8th floor.She didn't fulfill my request.This year, she booked me a park view room, knowing that l want a Sea View room.lt was my mistaek because l didn't check the voucher after paying all the money at once because I trusted her. big mistake.I have realised this things at the reception of the hotel. For this years, which my vacation seemed to be a total failure, I had the bless to meet, Milana, the Front Office Manager, which accomodated me amd made my vacation a succ. Thank you Milana for your patience and professionalism!
