I think they charge the insurance company for nothing because my car is still not fixed. I don't like for people to do such things such as milk insurance and you know you haven't did anything to the car to be charging the insurance sad but true.

Just got my oil changed 3 days ago. Pre oil change I received multiple phone calls over the last few months telling me to get it changed months in advance. To the point I thought my timeline was wrong so I called to make sure. Nope, just caught in their automated spam loop... Anyway, fast forward to today. I have now received 4 bot phone calls, 1 human call at 8am, and a handful of emails (mind you it's been less than 72 hours since I was in)... I am being spammed by your automated junk. Always great service but this is borderline harassment. I give up.

The sales rep. was a friendly man. But his manager and the sales associates were not friendly. When we first walked in, the cashier behind the glass was not friendly or inviting nor greeted us. I don't understand why she would continue a conversation with someone instead of greeting a potential car buyer. I will not recommend this place for a vehicle. Go elsewhere

Salesman was very pushy, we were looking for used cars and we told him we were looking around at a few other places and he said "what, so you're not buying it tonight?" then showed us another car we weren't interested in, told us we should buy that car instead and then started bashing the car we went to look at in the first place. Terrible service, I would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone, ever.
Terrible customer service Rick Kelel invited me in to view a car , I drove 2 hours from my home town and 10 minutes before I got to the dealer he sold the car to someone else. Did not try to help me find a different car and did not offer me services. The car was sold so he had no interest in doing any other business with me. Would not recommend, very distasteful.

Is a convenient location for me. Sometimes ive been inside just waiting for my car to be serviced and someone will walk by and not even say hello. I may be wearing sweatpants but that doesn't mean I cant afford to buy a new car.

Oil changes are always fun. If you have Kia, this place is best. I would never get an oil change at a place that isn't a Kia dealership. I wish I could do my oil changes & maintenance myself, but for now I will go here.
