Jefferson Memorial Hosptital Review

Brought my mother here. First time didn t want to take her to UT been there and done that before. This hospital gives you excellent service, with like being home town feel.Dave is a well deserved nurse to be recognized as well as Dezarae I felt good with them taking care of my 81 mother. Sarah is an excellent employee to have working for you that girl works and doesn t complain about anything. So if I had to pick one I would pick everyone at this facility. JOB WELL DONE for taking care of us

My husband was rushed by ambulance to the Jefferson Memorial ER. He then spent 5 days in the ICU with Congestive heart failure. Every person we dealt with was professional and friendly. The ICU nurses and Dr. Nguyen were fantastic. They kept us informed and answered every question and concern we had. They turned what could have been a horrible experience into a life changing event. We left the hospital with the tools to keep my husband healthy and around for a long time.

My wife had to visit the emergency room recently. 02/25/2021. We were in the waiting room for no longer than 20 minutes. Then we were instructed to go to an exam room, where we were introduced to to the Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Walker. She was very helpful and exceeded all of our expectations. She told my wife what she was going to do and made sure she was comfortable with the procedure. She and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful in every way. I would recommend this emergency room to anyone. Thank you for helping my wife.

I had cov.d 19 pneumonia and a bad u.t.i. . Everyone was awesome and got me better and home to my family. Special thankyou to Cindy. Its a great hospital and if i am in need again thats where i want to be

Had rotatercuff surgery feb 11, hanging my sheetrock an. Remodeling surgeons are sport specialists since covid I've had 2 total hips spurs and rotatercuff feeling great no more pain meds

The nurses and aides were all wonderful, helpful, and sweet. The food service was not good. I had ham sandwich for lunch and supper two days in a row. They only came to my room 3 times the whole time I was there to tell me what they had to eat and offer an alternative. I am allergic to a lot of foods, and after asking me what I was allergic too, they still brought it.

Did rehab at hospital, wonderful experience. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly (especially SHANNON and CHRIS. ) Would recommend highly.

I've never been to Jefferson memorial hospital you have me mixed up with someone else

I was recently admitted thru the ER at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. From registration to being discharged, I received excellent care! The entire staff was extremely attentive to my needs. The physicians were thorough in ordering tests and providing treatment. We are most fortunate to have a medical facility and staff of this superior quality!
