Very proficient and efficient whenever they handle my order. Never any deficiencies and always professional when I call. They have technicians on hand that can answer any product question and will to make sure you have the right equipment setting. Highly recommend to compliment your laser engraving business.
Im a former employee and this company is not the place to work .Ive worked here for 2 months at the time the only African American male on my shift which was very comfortable especially my coworkers who was racially motivated to call me OBAMA and the N word i reported this incident one of the owners black mailed me and offer me X amount of dollars to never return lil did they know i recorded the whole audio fired me 2 days later for retaliation once they found out i was taking legal action on July 20 2018 they call my cell phone and ask if i return i declined im pretty sure alot of incidents like this get swept under the rug.Im countersuiting for 2 million should be more!
I had a tedious experience with this vendor. I asked for Gemini plastic samples so then JDS sent me the samples and added an unauthorized $65 charge to my credit card for a supposed sample binder" and also a "17 shipping fee. When I called about it they say they are sorry and are making me send back the "sample binder" to get back a credit for this bogus charge and will not credit my account until they receive their $65 sample binder (which was never disclosed to me in the original sample request phone call). So 5 phone calls later and anoverlimit fee for what should have been a very simple fix and all they can say is "I'm sorry" over and over again but there is NOTHING they can do for me. ***Update: They just called me back after we hung up and told me they had decided to credit me prior to receiving their binder back, wow! What a painstaking experience for something that was not even my fault.
Mr May - I hope you get this... had an issue that your company took time to address and courier us our items... I will never call another trophy company other than yours! your service is beyond great - pleasure doing business with a big company that treats us little guys like equals!
I worked there for little over a month and I will never return or reccomend this place to anyone!! Management sucks, the coworkers suck. If you haven't been there for a long time they dont care about you. The coworkers think they're better than you and treat you like absolute garbage. I brought it up to the manager telling him I felt bullied, and he told me he didn't care and let it go. I was constantly being screamed at in my face by a lot of employees, and had to correct other workers mistakes. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AWFUL.

Very frustrating experience. They are a new vendor for me but customer service seems very willing to go for the easy answer rather than work for the customer. Item went on sale after I ordered it, hadn't even received it yet, and am told they can't honor the sale price. Really?! Ask for a manager and get it honored. I understand they have a huge catalog of products but when you sell something by the case that case should be a standard that if someone asks how big the case is it doesn't take going down to the warehouse to measure. Be prepared to be your own advocate.
JDS has been my go to supplier since we opened our doors in 2014. They have been a great business partner for Mile High Laser Engraving and have been there to help us grow each step of the way. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and when there have been mistakes they've always taken care of it for us. We've come along way, we've got a long way to go and knowing JDS is there as reliable partner who cares about their customers as much as we do ours gives me great peace of mind.
