I'm confirming the behavior another poster noted of not picking up the debris/dumpster when they say they will...and then not committing to any time at all for pickup. The box was delivered on 10/17/2017. Rental was for 10 days max. My husband called for pickup on 10/25/2017 for pickup and was told it would be 1-4 days (business) before they would be out. He called again on 10/31/2017 and was told that it was in the system and they would send a reminder (not sure to whom since I wasn't on that call. I called again today, 11/2/2017, and the first gal said it takes 1-4 days to get in the system to schedule pickup. I noted that since it's been in the system for over a week, she should be able to tell me now when it was scheduled. She said she couldn't tell me and that it takes 1-4 days and that she couldn't give me a scheduled time. At this point, she decided to switch me over to a "supervisor" Wendy. Wendy first asked my name and what town I lived in (so it wasn't communicated and she didn't actually ask for my address to look anything up...just the town...sounded like standard operating procedure to interrupt my complaint. She then said they were short drivers and that she had expected it to be picked up today, but she wasn't sure and that it'd be when a driver was available and that she couldn't give me a scheduled time or day. She said she would take my number and text me when a driver was available. I said that she needed to give me a scheduled time now, that they have had notice of more than a week and that she should be able to tell me when they would pick up. Then she stated that to avoid this problem in the future, next time I should "preschedule" pickup and they would be able to give me a date. I then stated that we "prescheduled" last week and she should be able to give me a time. The dumpster is a massive eyesore (beat up and covered with graffiti - not the nice green one they have on their web site) and blocking our driveway. My husband has to drive on our newly landscaped front yard to get the electric car in and out and we can't park our other vehicle in the driveway.

Worst company to deal with. The driver didn't take responsibility for the damages caused on our driveway. He didn't even apologize and just said 'I'm just the driver.'

During the pickup, the driver didn't get out of the car truck to assess how to pickup the dumpster and as a result completely messed up our driveway. He reversed in at an angle, realized the dumpster wouldn't budge, so he tried backing up so more, which then damaged our neighbor's fence, broke 80% of our concrete driveway and even cracked our sidewalk which is right above the sewer cleanout.

The company doesn't return calls when you file a complaint and doesn't acknowledge emails. The 'manager' is never in the office so there isn't someone to address complaints.

All caps because i am shooting out how horrible, awful, rude, disgusting and flat out unprofessional this company is! raquel, the fake manager was the worst!! ! i am glad they have all of this on a recorded call so the owner can see how rude his employees are to paying customers!! this company deserves 0 stars. they are the absolute scum of the earth to treat people this way, especially when they have a recorded call that backed the customer, and yet they still did nothing to make the situation right. raquel is probably one of the most evil, rude and selfish employee i have ever dealt with on the other side of a business transaction. she gets negative stars!!!

my advice- take your business elsewhere~!

I guess Google doesn't let you type in all caps, changed to lower once I posted! just know I was yelling:) lol

Good luck having them come and pick up boxes at the end of service. I am 8 days in and no end in sight to have them picked up. Meanwhile my work is being interrupted, 3 boxes make it difficult to move around them. Ah yes, $125 for expedite pick up...in 7 days! Wait shouldn't timely pick up be part of service? apparently not at this place.

Their drivers, if you could call them drivers , are dangerous and seem to like to play games driving down the highway. Saw two of their trucks and trailers on a two lane highway occupying both the fast lane and the slow lane blocking everyone behind them. They continued doing this for several miles until they both had to get in the same lane to make an exit. There is no need for this kinda thing on our roads. Their drivers need to be taught common courtesy driving habits. Situations like this can become dangerous.

This company was my contractor's choice -I guess for cost reasons.
I decided not to write here all the details, but yes their final pick up date is a black hole, unless you ask for another container or pay $125 for "expedite" pick up; which I guess everybody ends up paying, therefore I keep going down on that mysterious waiting list.
As a customer, I feel taken advantage of and wonder if there isn't anything I can do.
If you ever consider using this company, set at least a pick up date when you sign the contract with them!
