High prices, small menu, but order was served perfectly as requested when ordering.

Took over an hour and a half for our food to come after weade a reservation for our team. The food was too greasy and overcooked. Poor service and took forever to get our bills.

Went today for lunch at 2:00 took 25 minutes to get my food. Was not even 10 people there. Food is just ok and service extra long. Had to ask for container to take out since lunch hour was done. Server was nice. Not going back.

Good price and fabulous dishes, excellent meat I highly recommend it.

The food was good however the service was very slow. Considering the place was nearly empty at the time, the service should've been much better. The prices are reasonable.

I ordered chicken fettuccine, and I love a good oily pasta but good lord there was an ungodly amount of oil when i drained it was half a cup full. the chicken was actually seasoned which is always good but the pasta itself needed salt badly I had to add my own it came with bread that was yummy.

The menu is not extensive enough and when I've been there twice now but won't go back the salad I had the lettuce was brown and wasn't dressed properly and the soup was very bland.

Ordered a omelette and it was undercooked and runny. The only thing edible was the home fries. Ended up having to go across the street to McDonald's to get breakfast.

Had their Butter Chicken and Fried Calamari. Both were really good!

I had the quarter chicken dinner with fries and side coleslaw..... AMAZING!! Highly recommend it!!!!

We were served spoiled cantaloupe as part of the meal. And when we complaint he said sorry nd told us that he will ask the chef to cut fresh ones. I asked so are the rest of the the food fresh or from last night. He said said of course with a guilt. When we requested hot water for the tea the female server took the plate which had the opened milk cups and small kettle. And returned with the milk cups still on it. The hospitality and food safety was not present. I am surprised this place is still open. Hopefully health ministry can check up on this.

Took my family to eat here on my birthday before the lock down and it was just Amazing. Food was delicious and best salmon dish I I ever had. I Love that their menu has a lot of choices and unique flavors. The atmosphere was great. Amazing customer service. I cannot wait for this lockdown to be over so I can go back. Met the owner Jude extremely nice gentleman. Thank you so much hope to see you guys soon stay safe and healthy. Recently order chili chicken from them pick up order with 15% discount. Can't wait to bring my family over again for dinning.

By far the rudest , horrible and unpleasant barmaid ive ever met in my life. Sunday feb 12th at 1045 pm . Whoever this woman may be. After she had a dig at me I listened to her being condescending to older lady's as well. Unbelievable.

We had the grilled vegetable pizza and started off with the ceasar salad.
Great presentation,very fresh.lovely meal.
Very well priced as well.
Must not forget about our server Sham,made us feel very welcome.

Tried to use a Groupon here and was very poorly received. The waiter only agreed to allow us to use it when we got up to leave, and he did so in a poor tone. Needless to say, we left without eating.

We had lunch which was reasonably priced and delicious. There was a good selection of dishes liated on the menu. The service was great; same waiter every time. We've also had two breakfasts which were good.

Started well but quickly realised why it was empty when the food came out. Chips/fries was cold and not great. The Pulled pork sandwich was served with thick cut onions despite nothing said on the menu, and the waiter clearifed that there was nothing but pork on the sandwich. Was offered to get another, but not wanting to go through the wait he then offered another beer which was added to the bill. And what knocked the last star off, while discussing getting another drink the bill was delivered and collected as soon as we paid. Overall, started well but wouldn't recommend JC Grill.

It was decent. Had dinner and drinks while staying until our trip. At first service was great. Until the end when it wasnt. A lot of time spent running around not worry about pre existing customers. Really shouldn't have been that tough considering there was like 7 tables and 2 servers.
Came back later for a simple drink and were passed over for about 5 minutes while random tasks by Craig were being done. We just wanted a drink which takes no time. Anyways about what you would expect from a comfort inn restaurant
However if we could work on prioritizing that would be great!

First visit here. Waitress was really nice, good at her job. Food was excellent and plentiful.

Had breakfast several times. Nice taste. Even has a steak in breakfast menu. Satisfied.

This place is awesome! I bought a groupon voucher for my BF as a gift for his birthday month celebration and JC Grill went out of there way to make sure he got a cake and grade A service. The food was good, quick service and a cool atmosphere.Thank you Tamara and Dahlia for everything , I appreciate you both! I would make the 1 hr travel to do it all over again.

Ate here 2 times during our stay at the attached hotel, both times the service and food was excellent and the prices are vary reasonable.

Met my BFF for lunch. I had tandoori chicken wrap with Caesar salad, my friend had tilapia with rice and salad. Both meals were delicious. Have eaten here many times, never disappointed.

Amazing food as always. Sitting area is very accommodating. Just be careful of patio during evening time.

Naan bread was maybe the best I have ever had. The butter chicken was very tasty and the service by Attam was excellent. I wish I lived closer to go more often.

Worst assembly of food we ve ever had. Chicken wings were just reheated. The rest isn t worth mentioning. I guess the pandemic turned the kitchen into a microwave run by children.

Great find this place was, awesome food and great service. Something on the menu for everyone.

Grilled cheese was two peices of toast with unmelted cheese in the middle. Not grilled; not melted. Just cheese and toasted bread. Eggs undercooked and runny and only 2 eggs instead of the three i ordered. 1/2 star if i could go that low with the rating.

The workers customer service is great. They want to ensure they prepare u a proper meal. They made a mistake on an order, but fixed it and it came out great. Bala is a wonderful guy. He will ensure ur satisfaction with the meal

I stayed for a week at the Comfort Inn next door and was served its complementary breakfast every morning by Shawm at JC's. He was consistently friendly and welcoming, and meeting him every morning was a great way to start the day.

Will not dine for breakfast again. Service was great, food was terrible. Waffles were cold, home fries had no flavour, eggs not cooked appropriately, eggs florentine with garden salad instead of spinach, hollandaise with mayo- yuck!

Very quiet place. The food was made fresh, tried the butter chicken penne dish. Service though was very slow. Could have used more than one server despite the fact that it was quiet. The prices are $10-25 a dish; very affordable.

The food service is very grateful and also all the staff is very cooperative. I am satisfied all the services.

My teenage son and I have been to JC's several times now: take-out as well as dine-in. Each time we were awed by the freshness and tastiness of the dishes. The service is also excellent. Will be back for sure!

This was great for and atmosphere. The tandoori chicken wrap had to be the best bang for your buck. The beer selection was sub par but that could have been just bad timing. It's connected to the hotel adjacent so you don't have to go out in the cold from your room.

Bought a groupon valid for 4 adults. Came in with my wife and 3little kids 7,5,3 and they didn t want to take us. Restaurant was empty, no even a single customer there and I was willing to pay extra is required. Looks like they just didn t want to spend the time to cook for us. This is the last place I would recommend to someone. So Unprofessional!!!

Great service and the food was fantastic. Have been craving the fettuccini Alfredo since I had it last week. Whole table enjoyed their meals. Definitely coming back.

We have been to JC's Grillhouse at 1500 Matheson in Mississauga for lunch and dinner quite a few times. Each time we have had a wonderful experience. The staff, Sham, Shanelle and Paul are just great and Tammy couldn't be nicer. The food is excellent and huge portions too. We love it. Highly recommended.
