I've had the opportunity to work with JB Cutting on several projects now. Their marketing and HR team are a delight to work with. It's very clear when you tour their facility and meet their team, that everyone (from management on down) truly cares about making quality cabinetry.
I have worked with many vendors over the past 15 years but none of them have been as valuable an asset than JB Cutting. They offer all the products I need, the knowledge that I require, the availability to fulfill my clients deadlines and at a reasonable cost to keep my business competitive. Thank you Christina, Deb and the whole team for taking such good care of your distributors. We are not just a number to you, we are your success story!
Had great customer service and were very understanding.
My experience as a employee at JB Cutting was undesirable to say the least.I did experience through coworkers the management not respecting black employees.
Just as I read in other reviews.
On the outside it looks like a great company to work for. Once u get in u can see for yourself why the turnover rate is drastically high. I even witnessed an employee of 20 yrs. Walk out. Wow...
They claim to have a no gossip policy...lol
If they spent as much time working as they do gossiping they might reach there goals,management included.Everyone there is 2 faced which makes for a very uncomfortable work place,supervisors have temper tantrums.If your not willing to report any &all behavior of your coworkers to managment this is not the place for you .
Hard work does not pay off at JB Cutting. Gossip & tattling does.Last but not least if u have a life u r expected to 12plus hrs a day .I was not even paid my vacation time that I earned.
This isn't even the labor of this job just the culture.
The work is excessively heavy & other departments will not lift one finger ,watch u struggle while they gossip.... probably about you.

Extremely unprofessional company. Fired my son because they did not want to give him a raise that he deserved. He never missed a day or was late during his 90 day probation. How can you be so evil to people after they give 100% . These workers have families and bills and this means nothing to you, just want more money in your pocket. Shame on this company.
Awesome team! We have been working with JB cutting for way over 10 years. Their quality and customer service are fantastic, and are always up on new styles, patterns and colors.
First time visiting the company but it was a great experience great walk through
The greatest interview and following processes of my life. I was pleasantly and promptly contacted by JB Cutting HR within a week of applying. After a few questions about why I was looking to be employed there they were great with working my scheduling and getting me into an interview as soon as possible. Once there, the all staff I encountered or observed were smiling and professional towards me and each other. The interview itself was not only to question my skills and background but also to determine if my personality and drive would fit to enhance the culture of JB. They were not simply looking for someone to fill an opening but truly cared if that person would work well with their staff. Both the HR representative and the Floor Manager spoke highly of the company and of their bosses. They functioned as a complimentary team. They allowed me to ask any question about the company and their professional histories for about 45 minutes after they were done asking their questions of me. They understood that I was interviewing JB as well as JB interviewing me. The total time of the interview was about 1.5 hours. Shortly after the interview they made me an offer with the exact terms discussed in the interview. Sadly I had to call and let them know I was waiting on some other offers and asked them for some time which they kindly granted. The HR representative gracious expressed the need for me to do what was best for family and to let her know how JB could help in any way. Every time I contacted her to update her on my situations and offers she was receptive.
The 'feel' I got from my experience with JB is that they understand people make products. Therefore they want to do the best they can for their people currently employed and not yet employed. JB Cutting wants the right people in the right spot to ensure the best culture and output. Although a different offer did work better for my family situation, JB went above and beyond throughout the process and has forever earned my respect and appreciation for who they are.
