We don't like each other and the feeling is mutual. When I interviewed, I immediately felt stressed out, and this is true with only one other interview in my life. I was not hired, nor was I shocked. There are former co-workers at Japs Olson that are doing okay. Good for them. I've been denied SSDI and not doing well. I don't like the big bosses at JO.

If you do get hired at JO, you're there to work and no phone use is allowed. You EARN your money if you work here. I hope this review helps.

I'd never recommend working here. When I first started, I was treated rudely and received little to no training. The place seems wacko.

The newly designed building is better more room for semi's when delivering in back....

This Company is looking to hire.A night Janitor working 12 hours Stripping and Waxing floors .Only to offer 13.00 an hour.HR people dont have a clue ,That floor work is. Very hard work.Good luck finding someone to work 6 p .m to 6 A.M..For 13.00.Try 15.00 .

I worked there for two weeks it is filled with rude staff and MOST OF ALL ITS ILLEGALL HOW YOU GET ONE 30MINUTE BREAK ON A TWELVE HOUR SHIFT THATS WHAT U CALL A. CHINESE SWEAT SHOP

It's a bunch of rude broken English speaking Asians there. Don't get me wrong some people are cool but most who barely speak english are rude.The chairman Robert Murphy is a racist! This old white guy rolled up on a cushman (3 wheeled yellow vehicle) sat there and stared like he lost something for a at least 5 mins, then claimed I didnt do anything for the last 10 mins. He then proceeded to follow me out of the building while he continued to gawk at me until I posed the question "Is there a problem?" He used profanity and raised his voice which was very unprofessional. He's probably used to speaking to the people who dont speak English that well in that manner. Of course everybody will believe what this old white man said despite checking my production for the day.They take advantage of people who dont know their work rights in the U.S.A. The shifts are 12 hours and they give you one 30 min break to eat. There is not a lunch or break room on the entire production floor! One of the worst experiences I've had with a company. If Richard Murphy see this review just know the Most High Sees and Knows everything. Money dont make you above anybody. Your going to die one day and your money wont avail you. You won't be able to ransom anything when your made to stand in front of the Almighty. You will be judged based on what you did throughout your life you old feeble man.

Well its an average facility mostly. Being my first time here it was difficult to find where to go. Also the east side of the facility is way easier to move around. Where as the west side is a garage type deal on a 2 way street. It is pretty tight, the clerk i saw last was friendly and helpful.

Delivered paper rolls, it was fast 1,5 hours. Stay ed overnight on their property, nobody say anything.

Getting into the dock can be a challenge. Getting out of the dock is more of a challenge due to the headache of figuring out the procedures involved to exit.

I worked here for 23 years from the ground up. They were great, put all 7 of my kids thru collage. Plus 3 wives, and still survived! Go Japs!

I would not recommend working here... Place is full of rude employees.

Absolutely the best company to work for. Great pay, holiday pay, vacation, sick pay, great affordable insurance, room for growth & bonuses. The owner is big family person & understands family importance. He even lets you come into work late on football game nights, Halloween, & important non holidays. All around great to their employees & understanding company.

Not a very professional atmosphere from a candidate point of view. Takes weeks got get a response from repeated attempts. The lack of respect for their candidates for employment is a bit disheartening as their excuse is 'they had a lot going on'. I am glad i wasn't with a customer as they would have lost my business with the lack of professional response time.

This company needs to be shut down. The employee's no longer get breaks, even during 12 hour shifts. Recently the company has made all employee's keep phones in their cars. There's so much more but bottom line, let's get them shut down! Please contact me if you'd like to help. Thank you.
