Life's worst decision to do business with them. If they can't help the consumer with the issues related to flight booking what is the point in the first place to book from them? Just go to any reliable online website and book your tickets if you are choosing them for your bookings, you can get better assistance over there. One roadblock and they are going to throw you out in the corner. They just want to make their sales and that's it.
