Excellent structure even if too crowded. It would be better to take better care of hygiene at the entrance to the tubs

Beautiful both for the internal and external pools, to improve the men's changing rooms: open the door and find someone already changing (a panel would be enough to guarantee a little more privacy) and ask for more silence on high frequency days ...

We did not relax too much they should check out too much buzz but the place is nice and clean

It went well, some things have changed, for example you can no longer take up deckchairs, just for relaxation. So everyone, around, have a comfortable place. I would say excellent. Excellent cleaning on all sides.

Absolute relaxation, Antica Querciolaia spa, beautiful outdoor park and many pools with various temperatures. Can also enter with children, as long as they do not make a mess ... 2 small indoor pools, I recommend it.

Mala ... yesterday evening, apart from the fact that we paid too much for entry and food, there was little ... more bread than anything else ... complex had to be a free drink that some had at and to others no .. music not beautiful and suddenly at one o'clock they sent us away from the worst shape .. rejected this place

Good spas .. good price .... for campers there is a supervised area 30 meters from the spa and it is equipped with everything exceptional ... there were so in all of Italy ..

Spas with sulphurous water ..... many pools with hot water, even if the two internal, small, are not very clean.

Pretty dirty place. The pools are heated unevenly so people concentrate asphyxiatingly in the hottest areas of the pool. The water of the warmer pool is particularly dirty with dry leaves and hair, due to the adoption of headphones not required. All spaces are very chaotic and if someone wants to use the relaxation area they must stay in the cold as the cover is unsuitable to say the least in the winter. The management of people was not adequate, given the number of visitors during the Christmas period, and when the pools were closed, during the showers there was an absence of water of about 20 minutes.

Splendid spa facility set in the Sienese countryside, among olive groves and imposing oaks, in Rapolano. The extensive park, with swimming pools and thermal paths, is magnificent and well kept.

Frequented for many years, on 3/4/18 I found the swimming pools dirtier than usual, the lifeguard too severe with bathers and children.

Definitely clean and tidy. The cost 17 per person only for the pools so not a little. The remaining services all for a fee. However a nice experience. Excellent parquet

Excellent reception, cleaning, the number of pools (in summer) has increased. I would improve the bar part that deserves greater care in the fast food offer.

Very very relaxing, tubs with different temperatures

Very very nice, clean bathrooms but the thing I like most (as a camper) is that there is a parking area just a few meters away

We go there whenever we can, but so far we have only used thermal baths for which I am unable to evaluate other services. However there are ample changing rooms, clean and well heated. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained as is the lawn and the rest of the structure. In summer it is also excellent for children.

I was there in October and the day didn't allow me to be outdoors. So we only saw the two indoor and outdoor pools that can be reached from the indoor pool. I liked the pools, but I found the structure a bit neglected and an unacceptable tolerance towards those who occupied the deckchairs, not enough, with a towel went around considering them a private property. Clean and well-kept bathrooms.

December: warm water, the spas are different! It will be better in summer, in winter absolutely not recommended, I could not wait to leave for the cold of the water

Lovely place .. there are several outdoor pools with thermal waters. I recommend it to you .. young and old

Sono stato qui a Febbraio 2018, prima di questo, sono andato alle Terme San Giovanni Rapolano, poi il giorno dopo alla Querciolaia.
Entrambi mi sono piaciuti.

If you don't see it you don't believe: just a few steps from the road you can discover little treasures! Large thermal areas both outdoors and indoors in large structure with very large garden where the sunbeds and umbrellas are positioned. Bar and very good additional services. Reasonable price. Recommended!

I was surprised by the size of these spas, positively!

We only came to spend a few hours .. we had a good time .. clean rooms and fair prices even at the bar..unfortunately someone forgets that we are at the spa and a little more silence would be appreciated but this happens everywhere .. we will be back.

Spectacular baths especially excellent the possibility of being soaking outside even in spite of the cold temperatures. The water outside and warmer than the other Rapolano thermal baths. Excellent opportunity to exit and return later with a single ticket. On Saturday night opening and especially during the Christmas holidays and extremely enjoyable.

Excellent plant, several outdoor pools with variable temperatures, very usable even in summer.

If you keep bringing in goats instead of people we are not there for nothing and then too expensive.

For what concerns me excellent experience, with the staff and for the result obtained with inhalations.

Thermal pools everywhere! 7 outdoor and two inside. Waterfalls, swan neck jets and whirlpools! Truly relaxing.
Next time we will also try massages and muds!

Great place to relax and enjoy the pools. Children are welcome. Lots of sunbeds available.

We were unable to go for health reasons I called to move the reservation but I was told that it was not possible and that I would also lose the money already paid. It is not correct because the not going did not depend on me but due to force majeure that can happen. They could at least give me an alternative or a solution.

Very large, the pools are different, but the restaurant space is cramped and the food offered by the trattoria.

Very organized. Sunbeds and umbrellas always available, swimming pools and hydro pools.

Very nice, many swimming pools, excellent lawn for walking and relaxing. The bar a little too clogged at peak times.

The spas are very crowded in the summer so it is advisable to arrive in the morning, better if by 10 am. All the spaces are very clean and well organized, the environment is relaxing and cared for.

In the private steam and sauna, there was a cockroach.

Guys show, there was a company, really relax. I have to go back in the evening, they told me to be gorgeous.

DO NOT COME HERE. Service is horrible and the smell is even worse. Tried to get a massage and they were rude and unhelpful. Never returning.
