Quiet place to spend a day in total relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fine if there had been some animation I would have given 5 stars

I spent a relaxing afternoon with my wife. The structure is very close to the town center and therefore easily reachable on foot (about 10 minutes) What about relaxation in a bucolic setting and at the right price .... well!

Even if the spas were crowded with people it is always a pleasure to relax outside in the water with the sun. Wonderful.

Very nice place, there are several pools of thermal water, an immense garden with access to umbrella and deck chairs included in the price. Low price. The only flaw is the very small indoor swimming pools with few sun loungers available. I recommend visiting in the mid-season. As the winter or on cold days the entry and exit from the pools (which are not connected) could be annoying.

Closes at 19 but it is a lot of fun and space to warm up and converse with care is not lacking !!

Beautiful spas, even if it is crowded you always find a place because it is very large. The only drawback the indoor swimming pools with relaxation area no one respects the rule, they bring cackling children and there is no control.

Beautiful spa with outdoor and indoor pools of various types. Plenty of open space. The prices are quite high for both admission and treatments.

I have a subscription for these spas that I have been attending for more than 10 years, summer and winter. I like the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. The prices are reasonable, despite the increase due to the adaptation of the facility to the Coronavirus emergency. I could not do without this place to relax on the weekend, although I prefer it on midweek days, because it is less crowded.

Large outdoor spas with variable temperature. The hottest are excellent. Overall, a nice structure, however, a pity that the inside is very small and the rooms are not very spacious, with showers that alternate hot and cold water.

Beautiful spa, clean and well organized, many pools of hot water where you can relax, open until one o'clock. To avoid the weekend because there are many people besides the higher cost of the admission ticket (17 against the 13 euros during the weekdays)

I had never been to the facility.
I needed it for my son for care.
I must say very nice and also very organized at the level of therapies.
The only flaw I found is the lack of cleanliness.
There are the machines where they make the aerosol that deserve a little more cleaning.
The bathroom is dirty every day.
I'm really sorry for these flaws because the rest is worth a lot.
It takes little to improve .....

Quiet (excluding weekends) with two discreet indoor pools and beautiful outdoor pools.

Chiasso, chiasso, chiasso, management that only thinks about making cash. I had a massage and I threw 65 if you are looking for peace and relaxation, stay away from these spas. The only star I put it because otherwise I couldn't publish the review.

Large swimming pools with warm sulphurous water, very relaxing, clean and comfortable environment at fair prices. Of the many Tuscan baths is the only one accessible by train and therefore five stars regardless. There is also a bar and restaurant, Saturday nights are open until 1am. A dream!

Sulphurous thermal baths in Rapolano Terme; dated structure that would need a "modernization" to keep up with the Nordic spa but overall excellent value for money. Two indoor and two outdoor pools in winter. The external ones could have a little warmer water (all of them were piled up under or around the jet) and perhaps a limitation to the entrances would not hurt. Impossible to use the beds because those who arrive first occupy them and then maybe not use them all day; employees should intervene as is done in other structures.

Really disappointed, I have been a customer of the structure for years, with the rules cause covid19 to have access you need to book online payment now and we all agree on this! But to have an unexpected event and to be told that to change the date I had to call at least 24 hours before I lose all day and money ... it really irritated me! You should give the possibility to change the day and stop .. if a person has an unforeseen event at the last moment as I had it, it is not fair for me to lose the money !! Surely you have lost a customer!

These spas retain the magical properties of all time .... REGENERATE YOU .... Superb environment and excellent organization .... the structure is beautiful, functional and welcoming .... the only drawback probably dictated by the festive period ... too much too crowded

A beautiful spa area, with the possibility of ample parking, comfortable dressing rooms and then the variety of tanks. The internal ones are deeper and usually less frequent the external ones, especially the larger one, has very pleasant hot water. Simple but also decent bar and self-service. The problem is the overcrowding: hard to relax with so many people despite the very large outdoor spaces.

A lot of pools expertly mixed between bathing spaces and shade of olive trees. The Calcica water that disinfects the skin and nourishes the bones with calcium, is accompanied by a mild sulphurous aroma that disinfects the respiratory tract. Sometimes the sulfur breaths are more decisive, other times more delicate but always indicate the origin of the water and the origin of the source thousands of meters towards the center of the earth. The spaces are architecturally functional, sober and discreet but always elegant and clean both in shape and in 'usability'.
The cost is affordable and the staff polite and efficient. Travertine abounds everywhere but, it returns a pleasant 'Etruscan' flavor.

Thermal place already frequented by Garibaldi ..... today a lovely place.

Hot spas with indoor and outdoor pools. The bathrooms are extremely pleasant in winter and in particular during the night opening on Saturdays. Possibility of beauty treatments and mud. Camper parking area immediately adjacent.

All very nice but one problem, the gadflies, I came home with 12 bites and with all the consequences of the case, burning for several days and drugs, I think I will not return.

We came across a bridge (epiphany) with a very abundant turnout. Tanks full despite being huge, great chaos in the changing rooms. The sauna and turkish bath and more generally the spa area deserve more attention and a refreshing (at least the shower should be fixed). The effort of the cleaning ladies and the kindness in general are commendable. I hope to be able to pass through a less chaotic period and to be able to change my opinion.
