I love this gym. I ve been going to the Jamaica YMCA for more than 10 years now. They offer so many classes for all ages; low-impact, dance, stretching, strength training, spin, water exercise and yoga. You will find the classes fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend !

This Y is dirty, rundown and is in desperate need of remodelling. The staff is so so, some are nice and some look like they don't care. I feel like the pool area could be a bit more secure and private between men and women. You should have to use your keycard to open the locker rooms. The Door shouldn't be open for anyone to just walk in.
