The staff have always been lovely but I fear yesterday verged on negligent. I had no longer than I normally have and have never had issue. Yesterday I had the same amount of time and I have been burnt raw, I'm inSo much pain. I wasn't informed I any changes to the bed and used the same bed I always use but today I am burnt. I'm so upset

Lovely environment. Comfortable beds with good choice of lie down/stand up. Personal touches including spray/baby wipes. New bulbs. Friendly staff. Good value for money with loyalty cards. Vibration plate. Tanning creams. All round great tanning experience!

After reading such good reviews i decided to give this place a go..safe to say i won't be coming back. Staff weren't helpful and boarder line rude, the room i was directed into wasn't cleaned properly, no eye protection or deodorant etc in the room either. Very disapointing!
