Great to see that so many people together at the same place, to support a good cause. The "liggies" (lights) was amazing, and something for everyone to see at least once in their life!
It does a great job as a family outing!
Liggiefees is a must see... Festive atmosphere and Christmas everywhere you look.
Awesome idea for fundraising. Very creative, inspiring, clean and impressive. Well worth a visit and great place for a family outing. There is a unimaginable amount of things to look at for young and old. They have a type of transport service for those that is unable to walk far. Entertainments ranges from live performance to rides.and every cent goes to a great causes.
Their xmas light is worth the visit. Even for us heathens.
Light Festival is a must and money goes to a good cause
Good entertainment for the whole, support a good course and have fun. Part of sales for food and drinks also go to childrens Home, please support them. Each home have parents with 10 to 12 children, good home environment.
Put this on your bucket list for any December holiday. Fantastic shows, and Christmas lights are out of this world.
We had a great time at Jakaranda children's home. The food and music was great. The lights were also great. It was worth it.
The annual Light Festival (Liggiefees) before Christmas is a must-see for young and old. All funds raised go towards the Children's home. There is safe parking, food stalls and fun rides.
Went for lights festival. Was pleasantly surprised. Nice lights, food stalls had reasonable prices. Interesting craft market. Highly recommended!
Always a joy to visit at December for all the Christmas lights and other entertainment. Please support.

Great place spend time with whole family! Light it's incredible! Kids love it! You can buy food and drinks and also have live music and place to sit if tired. Recommend!!!
Absolutely gorgeous lights. A fantastic evening out for the family.
Interesting lights and good food to buy. It is nice to spend money on a good cause.
A place where orphans are put in homes with two foster parents to look after 12 boys or girls. They are very strict and have a good security system.
Unfortunately the foster parents must rely strongly on donations to look after these kids, because they get a very small salary for the good work they do with these orphans.
The foster parents really need as much donations as possible, please. Thank you :-)
This is the first visit. I enjoyed the lights. Eating places very expensive and very little available. Confectionary and toys very expensive. Next visit we will only go for the lights.
Nicely decorated houses and gardens. Was a great experience seeing all the Christmas lights. Lots of food stalls and a theme park for the kid's.
It was a pleasurable experience, but it would be nice if they could add more things for the kids to do
What an experience for the little ones! Entertainment for kids and adults for only R20! A MUST visit during December!
This is not a place children should be upfront nice but behind the scenes total different story
So sad to see all those children who don't know how they ended up thete and who are waiting for a significant other just to visit them.
The light festival was beautiful. Big wheel was just a bit pricey for me
Hosts one of South Africas best christmas light shows. But the focus are moving from the lights to live entertainment which is sad.
Was here with their light show and wow i will return in 2020
Nice place. I was there for the annual christmas- lights show. They had a ferris wheel and a merry-go-round,and lots of refreshments to buy.
It was like if I walked in a nother world... On a planet far far away.
Great Children's Home, very caring staff. Wonderful light festival each December.
Dedicated staff who goes the extra mile for the children on their care.
It's wonderful, lights were beautiful as always and the people friendly

Ligiefees was nice It was fantastic that they had set up the project.
Great safe haven for kids in need, orphans or kids that have been taken away from parents. Also have a hall that can be used for functions. Centrally located in the northern part of Pretoria, easily accessible from the city and highways. Security is good. Friendly environment all round
When you go to visit the "liggiesfees" it's quite a nice place for you and your family because ihere is many things you can do there and so many colorful lights there.
Nice initiative. The lady at the ticket stand is rude though.
Always a joy to visit at December for all the Christmas lights and other entertainment. Please support.
