Our company tied us up to Jajja's SEO package in 2 years (unfortunately). The first year I had to pay about 60,000. (5000 a month) and then I got 3 things. First I got a keyword analysis on important words, it took them 3 months. (I could have done this myself via google adwords tool in 10 minutes). Then they rewrote the text on 5 of my pages on the website to get these important keywords. It took them another 2 months. (I could also put this together myself one evening). Then I got a measuring tool so I could see how good it was for my side. (one can also easily get yourself through various free simple solutions on the internet). I got very poor service from Jajja and it was very difficult to get in touch with them. After 1 year of nagging, nagging and nagging and I had to change packages to their Inlinking package. Then I got 1 link to our website on some random blog for 5000 SEK a month. tjoho !!! after another year and another 60,000 I feel very blown!

Warning! Delivers nothing of value. They tie up and they promise gold and green forests. The months pass and nothing happens. They say it takes a while so you kindly wait for them NOT to do anything. After about 1 year you get a nice line up report what they have done but without any relevant result regarding placement in google or more customers to the website. Bluff right through .... don't throw your money in the lake! They can be used for much much more than this! Terrible to exploit small start-ups in this way.

I hired Jajja a long time ago when they were newly started in Stockholm. They have always been very nice to talk to. Marginally better search results. Not affordable.

Has got really good growth in recent months by advertising on Facebook for SEK 1,500 / month. Hire FB free support to do the ad for the first time.

Warning! Warning! Jajja is BLUFF company. They got 19000 SEK from me for nothing. Feeling cheated. When we told them about the dissatisfaction. Went to sellers Erik Matiasson and Nina Hadipour (BOTH WITH WORKERS AT JAJJA) and wrote a bad review on Google about my company Astondental without them being a customer with us. Now they should be sued for fraud .....

I am very dissatisfied with the services and the response from Jajja. In my opinion, this is not a serious company. My advice is to avoid contact with them. They have treated us very badly.

They use aggressive sales methods from salespeople who promise a lot and then services that deliver very little. The contracts are designed to bind you to their services against your will. They also have a sheer reluctance to compromise or meet their customers. They have not listened to our customer needs at all.

I also warn that the company's average rating here on Google Reviews can be misleading, as most good ratings come from Google accounts with only 1 review and no public details. Other reviews with good ratings are from their own employees. Their own CEO also stands for one of the 5 star ratings.

After a few trips back and forth with a change of contact person and script that stopped working, we still got our SEO in order and got better results on Google. Our current contact Emmy is a real cut that I can always turn to with questions. She has also helped me as a webmaster to get a better look at Google Analytics and she is very keen that we see results and be satisfied with the service they offer. Follow-ups have been carried out according to plan and we have had a good dialogue about what measures should be taken to achieve results.

SEO implementation takes time, and it takes time to see results. Also, you have to be prepared to add the crap to some yourself as well. But that's not Jajja's fault.

For a small business, it is an expensive service and I do not know if it has really led to so many new customers for me. However, I feel that I have had a very good contact person, Johanna H, who has helped me a lot. Among other things, getting started google business. It has been nice to be able to hand over the search optimization to them, they have changed it quickly and easily (as soon as they have access to the website) without having to do more than approve.

What pulls the rating down is the price and an aggressive sales method.
