The BEST customer service! They do a great job and really are dedicated to providing TOP NOTCH service I love that this LOCAL company started as a small medical practice that grew over time. Jai really cares for its members going above and beyond, they offer FREE rides to any of the 6 centers to see the AWESOME doctors at the clinics. They even have this thing called healthy rewards where they mail you a gift card for getting your yearly physical. They should change their name to Jai Medical Systems, TBMCO ...for THE BEST MCO

I have been an employee of Jai Medical for 6+ years and I can honestly say that working here has been a wonderful experience. This company goes above and beyond to take care of its patients by any means necessary. I ve never seen a company that works so hard to improve customer-focus to ensure satisfactory results and care delivery. This company is definitely a company that I would recommend to loved ones.

First of all , I thank you for all you do. This MEDICAID MCO has the kindest Customer Service Department.
I am telling you, they care a lot about people. I can be very frustrating to deal with because of my condition but they are very patient, willing to listen and will go above and beyond to find help for me. God bless you all.

I love Dr. Oye and currently my child goes to Jai and sees her and loves her as well. Patient Care is outstanding and they are always willing to help members and make them feel welcomed and cared about to their fullest extent. :) THANK YOU JAI <3

This company cares about the community. They have COVID-19 vaccines on hand for those who may be searching for a vaccination site. The Customer Service team set up an appointment for me within 48 hours and I couldn t be more thankful. I feel like I can take on the world now, thanks to Jai Medical MCO! I ll be back soon guys! I was so impressed when I received a follow up call from one their Representatives in Hunt Valley to check if my request the other day was resolved. That is something and I am very thankful. Scheduling an appointment is so easy! I definitely recommend this MCO to all Medicaid members. Thank you very much.

You can't get your medical records; they want you to pay $25 for your records. They SUCK!

Talk about a Great Customer Service Team, Jai medical systems are the best. Being the highest rated Mco plan speaks volumes for itself. The centers not only schedule you appointments but allow walk ins also and offer transportation to your appointment and then back home. What other MCO offers you a free ride. But this is the kicker, when you have your yearly physical you are rewarded with a gift card . As mentioned Jai medical is the absolute best .

My personal experience at Jai is always positive the young ladies and gentlemen who work there are always pleasant and go above and beyond no wonder why they are the highest rated Medicaid provider in Maryland!!! they are very swift with helping with any matters that I may have and I can't thank them enough.

I have been going to Jai for 10 years and always got what I needed.

I had a problem of being constantly rude to by an employee and sought Administrative remedy. And I was denied Administrative Remedy; put off the premises. I was outright disrespected by both the site administration at the 5010 York Road office. And I was disrespected by the top Administrative Office up in Cockeysville, MD.

Prefer this location over any other. It's a farther drive for me but it's worth it.

Very good Mco it has everything I need and they are #1 in the state that s a plus for me.

If im 10 mins late to my appointment I "missed it entirely" (I live 45 mins away). If I do a walk in I have to wait for over an hour for them to be sure the next appointment is missed before I can be seen. Even while I watch the doctor have no patients and walk back and forth alone.. If you question the staff they become very short and rude with you.
