8/25/21 4:50 Rows grocery store, 829 West Beaver street. Civil servant M.Muchowiez entered the grocery store parking area from the west side of the stripmall parking lot. He failed to signal F.S. 316.155, as he improperly changed lanes to oncoming traffic F.S. 316.089, just before he parked on the wrong side of the road F.S.316.195, willfully obstructing a public street, F.S.316.2045, doing so while in a fire lane F.S.316.1945, without Emergency Signal or hazard lights clearly visible & no call to service for that location. Sovereign citizen M.Muchowiez used his official capacity to avoid public parking, doing so with abandon, simply so he could walk less & entitle more to get his fresh seafood fix. Your suspicious behavior, gives me probable cause, to believe reasonable articulable Muchowiez. At least you're eating healthy, tiger.

Rating on behalf of a friend. I had a visitor in Jacksonville who's vehicle was stolen from my apartment complex. The reporting officer was very helpful in taking the report and making sure the car was tagged as stolen same day. The car was found days later with bullet holes and other paraphernalia. JSO was given permission to process the car for any DNA or anything else that could help solve the case, JSO did not do this. Currently at the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep collision center viewing the vehicle and it clearly has not been processed even though it was released. JSO needs to do better.

Literally just watched someone burnout and run a red light with a officer sitting at the light. Officers does nothing and lets the guy go. Great job upholding the laws

Over three minutes on hold??!!!!!!! Ridiculous. And it'san actual emergency. Then I found out my husband was served the orders and the cop didn't take my kids out of his house. So I find out today he took off with my kids after the officer who served him KNEW that he couldn't be around the kids. So guess what he took my kids out of state. Thanks jso for once again having lack of communication and bad excuses on why they couldn't call me to pick up my kids. Called to do a follow up, ok was on hold for almost 30 min and then they hung up and my kids are still not anywhere to be seen. But I guess white kids don't matter

Got in a car accident yesterday where the car rear-ended my fiance and I. We call to get an officer to come out and file a report, and 50 minutes later still no officer. Call back and ask if an officer is enroute, and the dispatcher answers sounding high as a kite (these are the type of ppl being hired, seriously?) and says hold on let me check. Then gets back on the phone and says looks like call got transferred to FL hwy patrol since you're near the highway. Then transfers me to FL patrol dispatch and they put me on hold for a few minutes and then tell me that they have a shortage of officers that are working on other incidences and can just take ours and the other drivers info and have us agree to exchange info and provide us with a case #...why wasn't this offered from the beginning? I understand a shortage of officers (kinda) but come on, you don't keep people that have just been in an accident waiting for 50 minutes. Also, during this time literally FOUR other JSO officers passed by our cars damaged on the side of the road and did not have the courtesy to stop and see if we were okay or needed help....but a Clay County officer passed by and even though we were out of his jurisdiction and couldn't do anything, was nice enough to turn around and pull on the shoulder to see if we were okay. He couldn't believe how long we had been waiting. Like real professional and caring JSO! Way to really put our tax dollars to work....

Sheriff's "Officer" seems uneducated and demanding movers unload a job with no payment received. With as educated as these "deputies" are, you can go to Best Buy and demand to have a Xbox given to you for whatever price you "feel" is correct. If the store refuses, call JSO and demand that Best Buy give it to you. Filing a complaint with the State Attorney, I suggest everyone else does and have this department investigated on a Federal level.

Officer K. Smith is great! He was very helpful, insightful, and was able to get my neighborhood on the list of areas to patrol. Thanks for all you do!

Called dispatch to report a damaged parked car I passed, thinking the owner would like to know about said damage before trying to drive it to work in the morning (you could tell no one has cleaned up the mess) as well as shorten the window/time frame of the indecent for what ever investigator would be put on the case and the lady taking my call was very rude the whole time then had the audacity to hang up on me. Honestly lady stop working with people if you can't handle having to talk to them.

The other night was driving from downtown, noticed I was being followed by a car who was recklessly driving. I almost made it home safe when I realized the car pulled into my apartment complex with me so naturally I circle my building and they are still following me. At that point I drive around my whole complex while being followed three times. Not to mention I had a very broken phone at the time and could only make emergency calls; I call SJO and two officers meet me a little farther down the road. While I m telling them what happened they accuse me of being drunk and suspicious because I was scared. Proceeded to breathalyze me and not take care of the issue at hand. Felt very disrespected and that s the opposite I should feel when I ask for law enforcements help.
