We had all of our necessary documentation and had no problems. Actually, the security staff were were respectful, time conscious, friendly, and efficient. Great service.

Your security guards needs some training. Is it so hard to tell people who never was at the port and have no twic card to come back after 8am instead of tretening to shot me? I can not even walk up to the gates and ask how and what to do? By the way, idiots(security guard) don't get guns, he just tried to pretend he have one.

If you have your paperwork etc in line its an,easy place to go. If you dont, don't blame them for any difficulties you encounter

If your coming for SEAONUS it s all about luck, either it s fast or it s really slow. But make sure your trailer has no holes they will reject to load you 100%.

The service here is so bad, first time dropping a car and they treat you like garbage. Specially the people of Security from GS4. Never expect to have this bad sevice from this place.
