I paid for my dose in advance and for being 2 minutes late they took me that I can t dose,I told then that I was on withdrawal and the response was get some drugs,how disrespectful is that to a recovering addict?they don t know what I m going through with my family and all the effort and tears seem they was for nothing.but karma is my baby...awful job
Wish u guy would just give me Methadone With no cut in it or something else inside my medicine.Watch the camera on the dosing nurse because they do stuff when people are not watching....

Trying to get a friend help that is much needed and Sad People pay for this treatment to better themselves and that nurse makes you never wanna go back !!!! GET HER OUT of THERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

The counselors and nurses are AMAZING!!!!! I've always had the BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE ANY AND EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN THERE!!!!! My counselor and others have always been more than helpful and go beyond and above. ESPECIALLY Kendra!!!!

I visited jax metro due to a dealth in my fiance's family.I paid for her and I all at once when we came to guest dose.We didn't stay due to covid and I cannot get a refund from this clinic.Ive called 3 times ,I get the run around everytime.The financial supervisor doesn't return my calls.This is my fiance's home clinic.Kendra an employee there has been helpful but,I want my refund for the days we didn't guest dose.Its expensive enough as is.Proud to say still no relapse .Been on methadone program for 26 yrs.If it works use it.YHE COUNCILING AT HABIT OPCO IN FITCHBURG MAS WOULD MAKE SURE I RECIEVED A REFUND.
