My judgment can only be positive, great professionalism and I was treated with gloves from start to finish. Five-star service. The regret remains, because customs problems did not send me the package, which was returned to Jackson's.

OMG, Like what!. I ordered some items at sale but somehow their system did not take my payment and i was never notified about it. The delivery time was between 9 to 21 days. But on the website the status never changed from "Processing". Now it's been 14 days i called to check the status and they told me that my order did not go through and advised me to re-order Now that was not my fault so i asked if could get the same price at least and they refused. For one, i chose them over my local retailer that was also having a sale but Jackson's was a bit cheaper and now that it's been two weeks that local store has also ended the sale. Two, they refused to offer me the same price. What is this customer service? SO FRUSTRATED!

Items arrived damaged due to being poorly packaged...

Items arrived damaged due to being poorly packaged. The lady on the phone was polite but asked for photos and said she'd speak to the people who'd packed them.
They were pencils (expensive ones - I chose individual colours with the intention of gradually building up a set as I can afford to) and the leads were broken. It was suggested I 'just sharpen them'. Fair enough, but for the price it would have been nice if they were properly packaged and in pristine condition.
No offer of refund/partial refund/voucher etc. Disappointing and I won't use Jacksons again. Not recommended.

Very helpful staff. I accidentally ordered two of the same item and I was able to amend my order over the phone with one of the sales assistants/customer service team. The pencils I ordered arrived by the expected delivery date and were packaged up very well.

Some days...ordering yet more art materials (as if I haven't got enough already )... during all the lockdowns, was totally bliss.

Looking through all those yummy coloured pigments online and having to decide which ones I could possibly not live without...Oh my, my...can one ever have enough pretty paints...

Would love more information about each product... more samples of pigment colours and real customer reviews with customers own images to show the products in more detail.

I have placed 3 orders via website during lockdown and my experience has been very positive. Received faster than expected and very well packaged. They're also very well stocked and I've found them to have competitive pricing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for click & collect, received confirmation of where the parcel would be delivered, my money was taken & I was sent an email on 16th March confirming that the parcel had been dispatched. It is now 28th May & I still haven t received the parcel because apparently I made an error when ordering & it wasn t tracked. Fair enough (although the order clearly states the store that I chose) but after over 2 months the parcel should have been returned to them so I could receive a refund but I ve now been told that it may never be returned to them & I potentially will never get a refund. Absolutely disgusting service & as a previous customer I will never be ordering from them again. There are other companies selling the same stuff that don t have any issues with ordering that I will be using in future!!

To be honest, I really hope I can give them zero if there is a possibility.

I studied their review uploaded by US customers before making decision to purchase a 120-USD fine watercolor painting, but unfortunately this turned to a disaster.

I submitted the correct address with correct zip code, but Jackson's art messed things up by putting a wrong zip code on it. So my package was returned to the sender, and I am not out of package and out of my 120 dollars. I tried to reached out to Jackson Art's consumer service but got zero response. They basically stole 120 dollars from me, and I now have to contact my bank to try to dispute this transaction, and I did not know whether I can get my money back.

I never thought I can encounter such disgusting situation, and to support what I said, I have attached pictures.

As you folks can see, if Jackson's art paid a little bit more attention and didn't get the last digit wrong, the whole mess should not happen.

Again, worst shopping experience and worst seller I ever encountered.

Ok, they have issued me a refund, so I increased by comment from 1 to 3. But I may no longer buy anything from Jackson, because I cannot trust anyone who is too careless to get the customer's zipcode correct....
