Went there to gamble and had a good time. The place was very busy, but there were still machines and tables available, there were plenty of beverage servers, slot attendants, etc. and everyone was very friendly. A good time overall.

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is a pretty good place to go to for dinner and to win some money. The rooms at the resort are alright but it is good enough if it comes to comfort. People there are really nice and outgoing, so it is never a place where you can find anyone depressed.
the dinners were fantastic at the buffet the casinos a nice Casino nice people run it great food great entertainment come and enjoy the casino you'll have fun.
awesome environment! fisherman buffet was superb, unlimited lobsters, and other various seafood...I think yes this is worth the trip!!! amazing unforgettable trip.
It was an okay casino, however they do NOT have a bar , the only place that serves alcohol there is a restaurant upstairs and it closes at 10 PM. Unlike Black oak casino they have a bar on the casino floor that serves until 2 am, and you can take your drink with you and play.
The staff is great, the slots are not so friendly. A lot of old machines that dont pay out. The front of the house is your best bet for slots. The seafood buffet was not so appetizing. This place has lost its mojo.
Lots of good slots and a great buffet. Only problem is the seafood buffet all weekend. I like the buffet but not a seafood fan. The cafe is very good but the buffet would be quick and offer lots of options.
Best all you can eat buffet in the area. We specifically went there for the all you can eat lobster king crab an Alaskan crab. Surprisingly, steak with au jus sauce is up to par as well.
It was my first time going to jackson and I loved it. I also never tried a hot tub, they had a hot tub at the hotel and it was awesome. The casino was great too, it felt like a arcade but for adults, also I love that you get gree beverages while you play. Such a great place, would love to be able to experience that again.
It's ok but there are other places you can get better quality seafood for less. Over priced weekend seafood buffet is highway robbery on the tongue pallet. Dishes need to be cleaned better not shuffled with dried food sticking to plates and utensils after coming out of dishwasher without inspecting before sending out to the floor. Food is too salty. Floor management team will advise there is no salt added and that's b.s. What chef doesn't add salt to every dish?
We drove all the way from Lake Tahoe to see Blue Oyster Cult here primarily because they do not gouge you with ticket fees! Drinks are not overpriced in the venue is excellent.
Alcoholic beverages on not served after 10:00 p.m. and the restaurants are closed at the latest by 2 so there's nothing to eat and the hotel you have to go through a long bridge that you have to walk across to get to the hotel so it takes you about 10 minutes from the casino to the hotel walking it's the only way you can do it
Had lots of fun. Losing and winning really enjoyed my self maybe next time I will win the big one but the small wins was enjoyable much fun doing it was a good relaxer for me see you all next time.
Good place to play cards. Closest location to play the game of Spanish. Good perks and delicious crab in the buffet. Kids area and pool area good day vacation away from it. Plenty of parking.
When we compare RV parks, we use Jackson Rancheria as our baseline. From our first visit several years ago, we are impressed with the spaces, service and maintenance the staff provide. We love to stay here. This is the place to stay.
All you can eat lobster is awesome. Love to come up and gamble for a bit and eat till you cant walk. I only gave it a 4 star because it seams like the machines are always pretty tight and no Roulette. Rather then that, I like the place.
I hate this Casino with a passion and I will not recommend to anybody at all. I had such a bad experience with their employees. The employees were so rude not friendly at all when I was playing at the black jack table. They don't talk to you and their face look so grumpy. They seem like they don't want to be there. I lost a lot of money($700) that day. I went to the dream catcher and ask for comp and they said I didn't play enough so I didn't get nothing. I wish I would have gone to Red Hawk instead they always take care of me. When I play at the slot machine the host always come and greet me and I asked me what I want. I feel so welcome there and they are not tight with comp. The best part of all they have happy, friendly employees that so nice to you. Red Hawk is best casino for me. They also have daycare for the little one.
We went here with the family on a Sunday for the lobster lunch buffet. The food was excellent! It's worth it to get there early because that's when they have the freshest seafood. The raw oysters that they had were very fresh. I also don't remember them having it the first time I went, which was at night, so it pays to get there early!
Very nice, small casino. Clean and lots of free drinks. Seafood buffet is good. Deserts not that great. Ice tea is out of s machine, not brewed. Coffee is instant.
