My favorite place to get tires! They have a good selection of tires to choose from in all price ranges but most importantly they are fast much faster then other places that I have gone too.

My Toyota Camry idle was high. I asked to check it...

My Toyota Camry idle was high. I asked to check it and also asked to contact me first before the repair. Shop manager called for estimate of $450 to clean the idle assembly. I asked if that's all and if there's warranty and he said no warranty. I said to him do not do it without the warranty but he already cleaned it. He also gave me an inspection without requesting one to fail me and get me to twist my arm. he failed the car for safety and I got the repair done. It cost me $550 to get it done. This is a monkey business and I wouldn't recommend using these place.

Horrible! Bought 4 brand new tires a year ago and ...

Horrible! Bought 4 brand new tires a year ago and I have to add air to all of them at least once a week, sometimes twice. Have been back to my dealer several times, and they can t seem to fix the problem. Never had this problem prior to getting new tires. Waste of a lot of money. Very dissatisfied!

Not customer friendly - took my Jeep I m got a radiator - took it back because when I started my car the antifreeze would drop out - less than 200 miles later get to work no antifreeze in car - head gasket blew..... hmmmmm

Jack Williams then called me to offer a refund for the services I paid for - inclusive of all hoses replaced. Nope, I want my engine repaired.

Extremely unhappy with their Brodheadville, Pa store. Brought my 05 silverado 2500HD in to have 4 new Hankook Dynapro ATM and a alignment done truck was dropped off night before. Got a call next day letting me know truck was done go down after work to pay and pick it up leave the parking lot and notice my steering wheel is off over quarter of a turn when going straight. Ok no big deal call them up explain everything and told to bring it back down. Well took me a little to get it back down there with how busy I was with work and all and it is my daily driver. Finally find time and on a Saturday my girlfriend and me bring it down and drop it off to have the issue fixed. Get a call saying truck was done that I can come back down and pick it up. Get there and speak with Lana who procedes to tell me the alignment was out even tho they just did it but wheel was off and she also informed me my tie rod jam nuts were loose. Well the only way they were loose was cause they were loose from the first time they did the alignment. But whatever I brushed it off and on my way I went. Well did not even make it to weis before I realized the well was straight but truck pulled extremely hard to the right. At this point I am very disappointed and call them yet again and explain everything again and ask do you not test drive the automobiles when you are done with them to get told yes they do which obviously is a lie or else they would have noticed wheel being off first time and pulling hard to right second time. Again told to bring it back down now for the third time. We this time my dad brings it down cause I was beyond done with this. He sits and waits to only get told they can not do the alignment because I need a idler arm and pitmab arm. Now my blood is boiling how were you able to do the alignment the first two times and never detect this unless they never did their job and do a shake down test and pre inspection. Well either way my dad brings truck home and I put new moog idler arm and pitman arm in along with new shocks. My dad brings it down again now for the forth time and waits. The truck was in and out of the garage three times until they got it right. From all this two of my brand new tires got destroyed from the alignment being out. Inside tread was wore down past half way. My dad talks with the store manger Rachel to get told there is nothing they can do tires are not out of their safety range and can not be replaced until they are down to 2/32 all they can do right now is rotate them to the back. She has been nothing but disrespectful and wont own up to their mistake and trying to sweep this under a mat and seems like she is going to wait to the are down to 2/32 to run it under the manufacture as being defective tires. This has nothing to do with tires this was 100% them not doing their job. Now it is winter and I want those tires replaced and nothing but same bs telling me I didnt bring in for them to do rotations which I do myself why would I want them to touch my truck after all this and Rachel procedes to tell me I better have records of the rotations being done or there is no warranty. And than also told there is technically no warranty on these tires that they are doing this as a favor. Well again this has nothing to do with me my truck or the tires your employees did not do their job right and apparently dont road test when done doing service like you state or else none of this would have happened. After arguing with her and getting nowhere and treated like I am the bad guy I called corporate to get transfered to customer service Robin Dunley who I left two messages with on two different occasions and still have not received a call back. I am very hurt and upset will never recommend to anyone to go to Jack Williams and never will give them my business again thought I would try someplace new and worst experience ever

Took car in for 4 new tires due to normal wear n t...

Took car in for 4 new tires due to normal wear n tear....no prior issues with tires....the next day i have a cracked rim....tom the dm was not proffesional about it all ...laughed and said none of his employees in 30 yrs have ever cracked a rim...horrible professionalism just deny and said i probably hit a pot hole lol....beware and stay away do not reccomend...carlisle store
