Becarefull when you buy any product from them ,check your receipt ,when you return a product you will be surprised .
I bought 7 windows ,I didnt check my receipt, when I returned the windows ,they told me I bought 11 windows and they did deduct $600 from my original payment.

Jack's is great. I have no idea how anyone could leave a bad review with no info? Maybe the competitors are gaming the system. I went for an obscure antique knob that was missing in my 107 year old rental house. Just with a verbal description, the guy at the counter took me to a whole pile of EXACTLY what I needed. He also explained how to fix it and found me the even more obscure fastening screw cap thingie in another pile of stuff. This place is awesome. Come check it out.
Great place to find specific used things for replacing original parts on your house, need to take your time to find what your looking for.
Tons of old materials here for almost any project. Raw material, fixtures and items removed during renovations, and some new items.
The lot is quite large and there's a good chance you'll find something useful if you're willing to dig around.
