Edit: Since writing the original review, the VP & H.R. Director reached out to me and I forwarded the info on to my wife. They had a nice phone conversation and Angie was very helpful and apologetic regarding the actions of the man in my original review of the company. I have updated my review to reflect this. Thanks to Angie for her professional, courteous, and timely response. She is a good example of a great business professional!

From our experience with J. Ranck Electric, their customer service skills are lacking. They were working on electric on a new build on the property next to ours and started digging on our property. My wife went out and informed them we have a buried electric dog fence and underground sprinkling on our property and asked him to be mindful. The operator responded he didn't care and if Miss Dig didn't mark it, it's not his problem. I understand there's a job to be done, but there's no excuse for his unprofessional attitude and demeanor towards my wife.

Very professional and they called to make sure I was taken care of.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They are doing work in my town and have chosen to use my business parking lot without permission. We called the company first thing this morning and we were told that they would move their heavy equipment out of our parking lot. When we showed up almost 3 hours later they were still there. We spoke with their site manager and expressed our concern about the heavy equipment hurting our parking lot and he said they would move their equipment in a minute and they were trying not to tear up the parking lot. Over an hour later they were still there and had made no attempt to move anything. I feel like we were basically told to deal with it.

Company truck driver will NOT hesitate to run you off the road, into on coming travel lanes to get their truck into what ever lane they want. Very poor operator in their truck in Livonia Michigan. Driving a 'billboard' for a company should be done with more care.

Great experience exploring skilled trades. Demonstrations were engaging and really neat for a parent that went a down a different career path.

Today I got cut off by one of the drivers. Forced me to slam on my breaks. Not good for a business.

Love their community / family atmosphere. What a blessing to local kids. We attended the skilled trades night and I am so grateful for the opportunity each child received.

Great costumer service. I called with a residential issue. (They don't do those) and Peggy was very nice when she said they couldn't help and even gave me the number to an electrician who specializes in residential stuff in my home town!
