Good hotel right on the beach Price / performance ratio very good

Accommodation is appropriate for the category. Buffet was rich and every day a different theme. Not bad. Sorry, no pictures taken.

We have been regular customers for years and we are very satisfied.
The rooms are not all modern, but they are clean.
The hotel is right on the beach and is surrounded by everything you need.
The staff is always friendly and in a good mood.
Special thanks go to Pepe. The service staff is fast, friendly and in a good mood. Reception is always busy and helpful in every situation.
Guest wishes are taken seriously.
The food, especially the breakfast, has a very good selection.
There is also something for everyone in the evening. Should that not be the case, we'd like to go out to eat.
Good hotel manager, notices of defects are carried out immediately and solutions are sought.
The pool is next to the hotel. Unfortunately a bit cool and the ladders to get in and out a bit difficult for older guests to manage. Getting up the pool ladder is difficult.
Balcony small, but all with a sea view.

Unfortunately, the summer vacation in July 2020 was canceled due to Corona.
It's a shame, we missed it!

Very nice hotel, very well located, at the edge of the promenade next to the beach. Very friendly and dedicated staff, the rooms are clean.

The hotel is getting old, which you can see ... The food is the purest disaster ... And a quiet sleep is not to think, from evening to morning drones music from the street! Never again this hotel!

Very good service, friendly and attentive staff and the food was also good and varied.

We stayed as a couple (, 47 & 50 years) in August at Js Miramar. We were immediately impressed. It seemed and everything was very clean and tidy. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are not the biggest, but perfectly adequate. The food is a smooth average - which is not meant to be bad - with some nice highlights. The location is terrific. Right on the beautiful beach. The view from the hotel terrace is awesome. There is a fitness area, a pool and a spa pool. In addition, and we thought that was great, there is an area where you can safely leave the suitcases after the checkout and you can also showers there if necessary. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended. If we are back in Mallorca, then guaranteed in Js Miramar. All the best, Frank & Nadja. Keep it up...

Actually, I regularly book 4 stars upwards. But at the time of Corona I was not willing to have high costs and therefore trusted the reviews from the booking portals. Cheap price for apparently very good reviews ... is that possible? Yes that is clearly possible! The interior is getting old (TV modern).
But I have to say that the room was super clean. The food was varied and very good for 3 stars! Especially the service. I have seldom met such a great and attentive staff in a hotel. You feel welcome! Some of the higher-priced hotels can take a look at this! Our room could have used an extra closet. We were there as a couple and would recommend the hotel to others! Thank you for the nice and relaxing stay!

Everything is great.
Very friendly waiters and workers. Clean rooms. Acceptable food.

The room was very clean, the views were spectacular and the location is perfect. The food varied and very good. The staff is the best that the hotel has, from the first moment a great treatment, each and every one of them is charming, but I have to make a special mention for Paco, for his kindness, closeness and recommending incredible places on the island.

It was beautiful it exceeded our expectations. Service 1+ all in the hotel are very hard-working and friendly the rooms are very nicely decorated a very clean hotel with internal and wefi to all in all highly recommended we will be back. Thank you

All very well! We had only one comment regarding the dinner schedule and we communicated it to the director who understood us perfectly.
The food is very good, the attention of all the staff very good in all areas of the hotel, especially that of Paco.
The day we arrived they gave us the room before check in which is very much appreciated !!!

Regarding the issue of Covid, all the recommended protocols are followed, which is appreciated!
Comfortable and clean room

I don't give it 5 stars because after booking directly with the hotel without cancellation, I found the same reservation for much less value.

The staff including Jonathan on reception, Fran the best and fastest waiter ever seen, Gina our waitress and Pep the manager were all great. Food fabulous So very clean just an excellent location amazing thank you

Good (getting old) hotel with very good staff. Very hard and successful to offer the guest a nice vacation.
All rooms have good side sea views, as the hotel is only about 30m from the water's edge.

The staff, with the exception of the cleaning staff, would have deserved 5 stars. Without exception, all employees are very nice, polite and courteous.
The bar gives very tasty drinks and the spa area is okay too.
Otherwise, the hotel is unfortunately not recommended. The facade, outside area, entrance hall, restaurant and basement with gym are very nice and modern. The rooms, however, are very old, if not to say rancid. There were a lot of ants in our room and the room service didn't think it was necessary to clean properly. When I arrived, I deliberately put some dirt on the bathroom floor and it was still there on the day of departure.
Plus, the food in the hotel is awful. The selection of dishes is more than sufficient, but you can forget everything in terms of taste. The best food in the buffet in 8 days was TK lasagne and TK pizza. Otherwise everything is bland, boring and cooked / heated from the cheapest products.
Unfortunately we can't get there anymore.

Hotel is old, but clean. Smelled somewhat old. Great views from any room I guess. Partial sea view was perfect. Next to the beach and touristy hotel bars. 98% of the guests were Germans.
Minus for breakfast. Best was churros and pancakes. Eggs tasted old used oil, scrambled eggs not tasty either. Bacon was not what you expect for bacon, more like pressed meat. Fruit was hidden in the corner and not enough for the amount of people having breakfast.

Would not choose again.

Great live music, the Lovell's were fantastic, great costumes, brilliant voices and a fabulous mix of songs and corerography!

For a three star hotel partly better than many a four star hotel.

The friendliness of the extraordinary staff.
But the cistern was not working well. They tried to fix it during our stay but it kept making noise. We had to turn off the water to sleep.
Very bad tap water.
Poor quality buffet food, did not taste like anything.
The WiFi network did not reach the room well.
We had to ask for gel every day because it was not replenished.
To access the pool you had to cross the street, the water was freezing because it was shaded all day and the jacuzzi did not work, the water was also very cold. We understood why there was never anyone.
Honestly, I found it very expensive for the services offered by this hotel.
Value for money leaves much to be desired.

A hotel where we spent some great days, very clean facilities, the assigned room had a privileged view and a very cozy balcony. The staff all very friendly and concerned. Breakfast and Dinner (Half Board), with good dishes. All very well and worry about the times with COVID19. 100% recommendable.

A simple but very well located hotel. Very comfortable and above all very nice staff. Anytime again for me.

We arrived early and were able to check in without difficulty, the reception staff very friendly. The simple room but with the basic elements to guarantee the stay, sea views, small but well-equipped terrace. The pillows and mattresses could be improved. Regarding the restaurant, it is worth noting the kindness of all the staff, the closeness and familiarity that saves any problem that may exist. The breakfasts were very good, the dinners varied in quality according to the days, the day of Italian food the cannelloni very lacking in flavor, the desserts of 10. The staff is the main asset of the hotel, especially the reception and restaurant. I will return because thanks to them we have felt like family
