Rusty yells at women.... say that a computer issue is a small problem..... check engine lights as soon as you leave the lot.. incompetent mechanics because it had to be sent to a dealer

Let me start by saying that the staff at JM motors is amazing they are very friendly, nice and quite understanding. First off I bought my car in March 2018, my car was in brand new condition with low mileage that was a plus for me..before I put down I went to go get it checked and the only thing that was wrong with my car was needing a new battery. I told them at Jm motors what I found that was wrong and they fix the problem with no hesitation giving me a new battery how excited was I. Not only did they sell me a great car they gave me a new battery and my car payment were on point not too high not too low. I would recommend anyone going to get A car there they are great all the way around!!!!!! Thank you JM motors!

i bought a Chrysler 300 a year ago on buy here pay here n unfortunately it was totaled out.. I called rusty explaining what happened n that I wanted a truck . I m happy to say that they worked with me getting me outside financing and a fairly cheap interest rate paying off the 300 bumping my credit score up a great deal n put me in the truck I wanted at actually a lower payment than the 300. Big shout out to Rusty n Kyle . This is actually the 3rd vehicle I ve bought from here the first was years ago but I had great luck with that so that s why I bought the 300 from them. I m happy to say that I ll definitely do business with them again

Someone came out told I could get on line to see if I like any of there cars.

Since the son has taken over, this place has gone to the dust. I bought a car from them previously and went back after the dad had retired and found the new owner to be a terrible negotiator and salesman. He had the nerve to tell me to put down $4000 on an $8000 minivan without even running my credit or taking into consideration that I was a well-paying previous customer. STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought a truck from here with a front and rear main seal oil leak. It's going to cost me at least $1500.00 to repair. I would look somewhere else if I were you.

We'll see how they handle this situation I'm dealing with regarding a SUV I bought from them to see if I will rate them higher or lower. The buying process was a decent experience. But now that there's a problem I feel I'm being lead into a run around situation. Hopefully they're reasonable and try to work this out with me like I feel they should, I'll update later. Update. They work with me to the bare minimum and made it seem like welp you get what you pay for! When I paid a decent amount for what was supposed to be a good vehicle. But in the end had to come out of pocket for way more than what it was worth. Ran good for the first month or two than blew the transmission and I take care of my cars. So be careful not to fall for their low mileage nice looking cars they still might have deep hidden problems.

Had a very good experience, Rusty and Kyle worked hard to get us into something with 3rd row to accommodate our big family. Low down payments, low interest rate, low monthly payment= Happy Customers We did our homework and had looked into several options, Drivetime, Car credit city, to name a few and none of them had low down payments with low monthly payments and descent interest rates. So I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and seeing Rusty, make sure you tell him, Connie/Michael Quigley sent you and we both get a little something!! Happy car buying!!

JM MOTORS GRANITE CITY IS GOING TO RIP YOU OFF, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR HOW MUCH MONEY YOU PUT IN THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR TENANTS HAD A BROKEN WINDOW FOR 2 YEARS (THAT WAS BEING REPLACE 2 WEEKS AFTER WE MOVED IN), A BROKEN FRONT DOOR FROM WEAR AND TEAR THAT WASN'T REPLACED FOR A MONTH, A GAS RANGE WITH AN ERROR CODE THAT DOESN'T SHUT OFF THE OVEN (IT GOT FIXED TODAY AFTER 3 MONTHS), THEY PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER AND THIS INCLUDES MY 5 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. THEY LOOK AND ACT NICE, BUT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY THANKS JM MOTORS

Great deals, Our car motor blew and JM got us aproved with an outside loan within an hour and within 3 hours we were driving off in a GMC Yukon which was our first choice.

We were able to get a car within a couple of hours with easy financing options.

Bought a Honda pilot in March by the end of the month/start of April start having problems Jm Sent it to the shop twice then had to take it to the dealer it had a bad engine. Traded me that for a GMC Acadia not even two weeks after the transmission start giving me problems. They have no compassion for the junk cars they sell to people.... Now I'm with out a car and my money was waisted..... No refunds!!!

Terrible place to go. I would not go here ever again. False advertising and priced $2,500 above Kbb value. Said like new condition, called them and they said nothing wrong with it. I drove a couple hours to find it was a pos truck. Rusted frame, dry rotted bushings, hail dents and scratches that could not see in photos. And the engine bay! The amount of road grime and dirt was unbelievable! Truck idled horrible and rode rough.Heater did not work. Nothing good to say about it. Very poor service

Complete con artists- they sell you a car that falls apart in less then a year won't do anything about it. They don't communicate with people and when you call and try to talk to them they purposely argue with you. YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. Everyone beware they will lie and cheat you out of your hard earned money. Selling you a lemon and say you bought it it's your issue. Half of the good reviews on here are from the employees families/friends who have never actually purchased a car there. Because they go elsewhere. This place will rip you off. 24% interest on a 10,000 car. 30 day warranty. Should have been enough red flags. But I was referrred by a trusted friend, whom I no longer I speak with. To top it off the car had constant transmission line leaks. Mr. Ryan will give you his word while tying a nose around your neck. This place is TRASH!!!! Don t waste your time.

Purchase a car from them and don't get me wrong, it's a great car! John was a wonderful salesman, however, I've paid my note on time for three years, ran into a hardship once and they threatened to repossess the car. I rushed to pay it off, so they wouldn't continue to send threatening letters or phone calls. Only if they were polite and understanding I would've shopped with them again, but never again for me!

This was my first car purchase as I moved from a different country. I am very disappointed in this Dealership! I bought a used vehicle September 2018. Within the first 30 days the engine light was blinking on and I was having to put air in my tires numerous times throughout the day. This was my first red flag, I was sold a vehicle with bad tires. The tread on the tires was completely gone, and the tires had to be replaced. We are now in the month of November and my car was having a bad smell coming into the car and it was smoking under the hood. I contacted the dealership and they referred me to an auto repair, to find out the vehicle needs a thermostat housing, oil cooler, and oil tube. This has become a huge expense, and these things should have been looked at and fixed prior to selling me a car. I have contacted the dealership and have had no resolution. I feel as though the dealership has taken advantage of me and as a female from a different country they sold me something that I should have never been sold! I feel discriminated against and they are not providing customer service and or helping me resolve an issue. They are putting me off to someone else and giving me the run around. NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. My husband purchased a car from this dealer paid in full exactly 30 days ago. We have since then had several unsuccessful attempts trying to receive the title to the car that was bought in cash. We have been given the run around the past 4 weeks trying to get answers. In the state that we live in (4 hours away) require a title for hard tags so now we're unable to drive our car. There's more.... when the car was purchased the driver side mirror was missing, our salesman RAMON lied to us and told us that the mirror had been ordered prior to us coming and we should be recieving it in 2 weeks... THIS WAS 4 WEEKS AGO... When in actuality the mirror had not been ordered and was not even ordered until 3 weeks after we purchased it, 1 week ago. I highly recommend that if you're need of a new vehicle to take your business elsewhere. Go to an establishment that values their customers and the business that they bring. This has been an absolute horror and mistake. I do hope this review helps as many people possible.

I haven't purchased a vehicle in several years, however it was time to buy something new. I knew I wanted a full size SUV to match my family size and drove past JM Motors. I went inside and spoke to one of their salesmen and told him which SUV I was interested in. Instead of turning me down or saying anything that would make me run for the door, he asked how much was I able to put down and how much could I afford comfortably a month. A couple days later I was driving off the lot in my Nissan Armada SUV. It covered every need and want that me and my family could ask for. The service was fast, thorough, friendly, welcoming, and professional...plus HONEST! These are hard qualities to find in a used car dealership however JM Motors possessed it with ease. Will be returning next year to purchase my son's first car...JM Motors I need a mustang by April 2021 for my son!
