Just a good HOA manager. Easy contact and knowledgeable people. Really recommended. Appointments are kept. Communication takes place from two sides, the VvE and the manager. Not a single complaint.
Slow and very unsuitable batch. As a real estate investor, seen many owners association managers. But this party is definitely number 1 in terms of ignorance. Due to bad agreements with their subcontractors, you are always last in line with J&M. And solving a problem can take months to sometimes years.
Indeed a very poor manager. They have insufficient technical knowledge and regularly make a mess of it administratively. Solving problems quickly and effectively is not there and their communication with residents and VVEs is extremely poor. After years of complaints, our VVE has finally decided to say goodbye to J&M. That should have happened much earlier. Indeed a scraper.
J&M has been in charge of our VvE for five years. As a Director, I was highly expertly supported by our permanent manager. I look back on a very pleasant cooperation.
Worst manager in the Netherlands !!!! Make a mess of it and the moment a repair needs to be done you can forget about it. Will, in consultation with the neighbors, soon look for another manager !!!
Our VVE was with Kolpa. Now at J&M. I call that - from the rain in the drip.
Very bad manager. Do not keep an appointment. Let you call or email but respond ninth to. Pieces do not add up and are not skilled. A real advise ...
If you are looking for a HOA Management party where issues remain (note from the board), agreements are not fulfilled and it is not known what exactly the legal rules are regarding members' meetings, with the result that it is not possible to vote on submitted documents (due to laxity, meeting documents on the day of the members' meeting are shared with the members instead of 7 days in advance) and to top it all off, meetings with directors are so badly prepared that the outcome of the meeting offers insufficient mandate to get started with the necessary maintenance. Then you've come to the right place. As a VvE there is intensive contact with you during the quotation process, but once you are a customer, you are occasionally looked at if you ask the question enough times, you can also pay the annual fee properly and do not "nag" too much. . Absolute recommended.
