Let me first say that I did very extensive research in pricing out different Heating and Cooling companies in the Quad Cities. I consider myself a difficult customer, due to the fact I try to really find the best deal to meet my needs. My house was very old and had a crawl space that made the job a little more difficult. After looking at all the major companies in the QC JL Brady came through well ahead in price and presentation before I ever thought about committing to purchase. Not to mention their product line Lennox is by far the best around. They replaced my 30+ year old furnace with a brand new lennox. The service and sales team took their time and worked with me extensively to make sure I had the best unit to meet my needs. When I say they took their time, I changed my mind about 5 times right up till the day of install. I kept going back and forth on the many different options but in the end they really recommended the best unit for my house and didn't try to pressure me into upselling me something not needed. On top of that they took their time during the install process and fixed several issues they found while installing my new furnace and A/C. The best part of this is that they honored their quote (which was the best price I could find). I was impressed by how friendly and personable their installers were, they really made me feel like my house was the most important job they have done. I would highly recommend you put them on your short list and make sure you give them the chance to give you a price. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Our old AC quit working on a very hot and humid day. They changed our AC. Despite the busy times due to COVID-19, they accommodated us to change it the very next day. The techs were very professional and courteous. We made a service call a few days later and the tech came promptly the very next day. Very pleased with their work.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday night. They were here within an hour and a half and figured out what was wrong within a few minutes. We decided to get a new furnace and they got it replaced the next day. They were very professional and did a nice job. I am very happy with their service!

We have used JL Brady several times now. They installed our furnace about 6 years ago and every time they come out for annual service they are on time and more than courteous. The last time they were out, they noticed a couple of things that needed attention that we hadn't even called for and took care of it on the spot. Would definitely recommend them.

Bad time? no problem! Our heater blower motor went out on on our furnace on the coldest day of the year so far 2/13/21. My wife called and we were patched through to our tech Matt. Matt was responsive in diagnosing the issue and then was able to retrieve a new motor from the warehouse before closing and then made it back to the house for the install on a Saturday on Valentine's day weekend.
