J Kent staffing is a superior staffing agency for the Greater Denver Area. I have found all the staff at J Kent Staffing to be professional, friendly, and highly competent. I also feel the staff here are down-to-earth in their demeanor. I applied for a position on-line for a posted position that I felt matched my skill level and industry interests. Kara contacted me within a week and I did an interview for her over the phone on the spot. She then invited me in to the office for an in-person interview the very next day. Prior to my in-person interview, I completed the on-line testing Kara emailed me. At the interview, Kara reviewed my testing results with me, which I have continued to find very useful in my job search. At the conclusion of the in-person interview, Kara submitted my resume to her client for review. While I was not chosen to continue in the interview process, I most enjoyed the whole interview process with Kara. She was very kind and very helpful throughout this process. Since then, I have been delighted to have been contacted by Andrew at J Kent to fulfill temporary positions every week. I have found Andrew to be professional, thorough, and tactful, with a positive personality. I have been enjoying my association with J Kent while I continue to look for a fulfilling full-time position. I highly recommend J Kent as a superior staffing agency for both employers and potential candidates.

Let s face it, searching for a job is one of the most stressful experiences that one can go though. My life has changed for the better since I visited J Kent Staffing in July of this year. Eager to transition away from the restaurant industry I had been a part of for a decade, I needed Kara's help to find a different position in a more stable environment. It's not easy to change career paths after spending so much time doing the same thing, but she was able to place me in a position I absolutely love and I am continually blown out of the water with the attentiveness and professionalism Kara exhibits. Recently I finished a temp job and found myself unemployed. I sent out resumes and tried to job search on my own. Less than 3 weeks later, Karen Booher called me to offer a 3 to 6 month assignment with, no less, the federal government! What great timing and great opportunity! Karen has worked hard to get me and several others all the paperwork needed to start within 2 weeks. We completed a 2-day training and was placed in different departments at the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center. I am working with a really nice medical staff.

Since last year, I have worked several assignments with J Kent Staffing. Bailey Toland found my resume online and contacted me because their client was looking for an audiovisual technician to work for several months. I had a full time job, but was also looking for something else in my field for extra income. Another great timing! I enjoyed working for the employer and Bailey was extremely helpful to get me onboard so quickly.

Terrible, extremely under staffed. Called to ask for help and the lady on the phone told me to call back in about 5-10 minutes as she was too busy with someone else on the other line... For a staffing company I expect better customer service and more employees who, at the very least, have the courtesy and knowledge to take down your number and ask to call you back

My first couple of interactions with J. Kent Staffing were positive ones. I was excited to have a company help me find a job. The first job they reached out to me about, I never heard from. The second job I didn t get & since then, I never heard back from my initial contact. That was weeks ago. I had a second person reach out to me a couple weeks ago & after reaching out to her via text & email, I never heard back. She said she had a job for me & I never heard from them again. I wasted tons of time on phone calls with the company that ended up being for nothing. Using their service wasn t helpful for me & I wouldn t choose to use it again.

It's been a while since my placement with JKS, but I never got around to doing a review before now, so here goes: AWESOME TEAM! J. Kent is one of the best temp agencies that I've ever worked for -- and I've dealt with quite a few. From the moment I enter their Downing St. office all the way through working to get placed on assignments, the recruiters and management that I worked with were top shelf. Anytime I needed to speak with one of the recruiters, they were always upbeat, cheery and more than willing to help. Very professional. Very patient. Very persistent. And they LISTEN! J. Kent Staffing has been unbelievably helpful in my job search. I moved from out of state and they helped me before I moved, and once I was in Denver I had a position within a week. I worked with Karen, one of their staffing agents, but I was able to meet their entire team when I went into their office (one of the perks of working with a smaller agency, you know the whole team is behind you!).
